Vekson, Goblin

Vekson is a rather odd little goblin that claims to have learned magic from a rat. The rats name is unpronouncable by most tongues so Vekson has dubbed it Lord Scruffkins. The goblin has been seen all over Alexandria and was even somewhat involved in the fight against the cannible halflings. Little is known as to if the goblin truely is learning magic from a rat, or if the poor thing is just insane.
