  • Summary: Sabin and Rupi are talking in the TarRace, about the Tarienite's encouner with 'Erik', as some are calling Eclavdran. Rupi confirms that she had Sabina's back, from way, way back, and that she was proud of her. There's an undercurrent of jealousy, he could have easily stolen her despite their pact, and there wasn't much she would have been able to do about it. Barclaiigh enters, just as Sabina explains how she asked Erik if she could castrate him. His alarm is soothed, and the two women invite him up for soup. Randolf arrives, and as they are looking down on him, Rupi makes some inappropriate suggestions about throwing things off the balcony. The two dwarfs explain where they are from, Barclaiigh nearby, the Redridge mountains while Randolf is from Caer Glenlannach, on the shores o' Loch Glenna. They depart, leaving Sabina to ask a more serious question, would Rupi kill her if she felt trapped. The succubus declines to answer, saying that as a lust demon, her goals are a little different from the ones that seek pure power, which still is worrying.

Inside, this two-story structure has been almost completely opened up. Generous windows on both stories allow daytime sunlight and cooling night breezes to flow in as needed, while the brick walls have been whitewashed - contrasting with the dark-stained beams and supports, and the rich polish on the wooden floor. A broad strip of stone runs from the entrance to a framed doorway set into the opposite wall, with a sign above the lintel declaring that the baths are to be found that way.

The ground floor is sprinkled with tables and chairs of assorted sizes, offering welcome to guests both large and small. One whole corner of the building - into which guests are not permitted entry - has been given over to the kitchen, which serves as the domain of the famed monster chef Ligum Serforus. Mundane meals are available, but the chef delights in offering up obscure dishes made from the freshest of monster ingredients.

Opposite the kitchen a small bar runs in front of an array of shelves, displaying a broad selection of beverages (most of them alcoholic). The bar-top has been fashioned from what looks to have been old pieces of armor, fused and welded together before being polished to provide a near-smooth finish. Set above it, three human-sized statues have been built into an alcove in the wall: Tarien, Rada and Ceinara jointly keep benevolent watch over the room and its occupants.

To the right of the entrance, a small stage offers a platform for a handful of performers at a time. To the left of the door, a spiral staircase of wrought iron winds its way up to a balcony dining area, that is chiefly reserved for special events and parties.

The evening is approaching and the windows of the Tarrace are open to let in the cool evening breeze, fighting off the heat of the kitchens and people gathered. Bina sits at a table, but a different one this time. Up in the balcony area with a cup of tea. Her eyes are unfocused as she stares out one of the windows lost in thought.

"'Bina... are you ok?" A sultry voice asks, though one cut with worry. Standing a distance away is an attractive woman with dark hair and a simple uniform. Sabina's partner and confidant, although at this moment, she's experiencing some self-doubt.

Or pretending to.

"I misread the situation. I thought you wanted me to lean on the gnome." She takes a step closer, "I didn't mean for you to get involved..."

"Do you want to talk about what happened?"

Bina reaches out and takes hold of Rupi's hand and tugs her closer, a sitting side hug is given. "I was just wondering if I should have made 'Erik' a more serious deal then the one I did. Aya switched places with Lily. I'm proud of Aya for the choice even though I want to say it was a 'silly' one. That we could have wound another way. But.. I was thinking about doing something similar myself."

Rupi comes closer when tugged, and squeezes 'Bina's hand as she slips into the hug. "It was very brave, to meet and even speak with him. He... couldn't break our promises, I don't think..."

"Coerce one of us to..." She says, "You were really brave!"

She thinks for a moment, "That's a huge sacrifice."

"I don't know what would have happened with us if you had."

Bina nods. "I had a thought of that when it came closer to a thing that might happen. I thought about what you might feel if the connection extended across the plains. I would have tried to take and break the connection, I think, if that had happened. You shouldn't have to deal with my silliness." She picks up her tea with a shaking hand and brings it up to sip.

"You do with mine." Rupi pulls a seat over, sliding in to sit beside Sabina, her tight warmly pressed against hers, she places her hand around 'Bina's to quell the shaking, assist her with holding the cup.

"I'd feel something. I'd know. I..." She pauses for a moment, "I would have no reason to come after you if you broke it. I don't have a way back even if you kept it, and 'Erik' is a lot more powerful."

"You're incredibly brave, 'Bina. I had your back, from very, very far away." She rubs the wrist she's holding, "I would have at least told your friends what happened."

The Tarienite chuckles and nods. "That was what I was hoping, Rupi. That if I'd accepted a deal that you would have made sure everyone knew what was going on." The cup is set down and she laces fingers with Rupi's loosely. "Thanks." She giggles then, "Did you watch or just sort of feel out the interaction? I booped him on the nose. That was fun."

"Well a girl has to protect herself. I'd be first on the list as likely to have set you up, and I'd lose your comfy presence. Also pissed that he'd take you, just like that, and wouldn't value you." She squeezes her fingers, against the interlaced ones, "Just win through force, no effort."

She's professionally angry, it would seem.

She smiles oddly, "Booped him on the nose? Oh you are living dangerously 'Bina, What did he do to that? I didn't watch. I stayed behind a wall." A couple walls, "just felt your emotions. They were wild!"

Bina is sitting with Rupi on the second floor balcony of the Tarrace. All the windows in the place are open, allowing the cool evening breeze to enter and fight the heat of the kitchens and those people gathered.

The Tarienite is in quiet conversation with the other woman, pale but grinning. "Were they? They felt normal to me. Nervous, I think, but fun too. He asked about a deal. Was all comfy cozy with me and I told him I'd want Lily back and back to normal and when the time was done I got to cut his balls off and bring them home for Cryosanthia." She laughs. "You know he was agreeable to the cutting but didn't want to let go of Lily? Bastard."

"What?" Rupi sounds genuinely surprised. She adds, "They grow back bigger."

This... seems unlikely.

"I think I know when you said that. Well... wow." She looks thoughtful, "he wanted her because everyone else did. No one cares about his junk so it's worthless. We should still nail it to a wall if we get the chance."

Barclaiigh's great auburn beard sticks out from under the low cowl of his woolen cloak as he steps in from the cold. The undyed and patched garment is decorated with a twig here, a leaf there, and looks the sort of thing you'd make a horse blanket (if you weren't overfond of the horse in question). He cups his sausage fingers and buffs into his hands, rubbing them together vigorously.

Bina takes note of the new person entering the Tarrace and can't seem to help herself but call out her customary greeting. "Welcome to the Tarrace." The voice floats down to Barclaiigh and whispers in his ear. A touch of magic for the evening.

She grins and shrugs to Rupi. "Even if they grow back it was fun to ask. I'm just glad that the young one is back where she belongs. Now to do the same for Aya."

Rupi waves to the entering man, copying Sabina's greeting without taking any of her attention off Sabina. She's listening intently, her fingers lightly touching Sabina's arm, as if to reassure herself she remains there, and hers alone.

"So she's important, enough to risk everything, and your friend is important too. The white lizard and the dark elf." She spells it out, "I see how this ties in with happiness, yours and theirs. Okay."

"I can give some suggestions on how demons think in general, but I don't know him personally beyond what I've overheard. He's... effective."

Barclaiigh jumps a little in spite of himself, knees bending and arms coming out to the side as he twists his head this way and that. A freezeframe later and the Khazad's head tips back, a hand tugging at the hood of his cloak and freeing the puff of his wavy, voluminous mane. He turns a full circle and then wiggles a meaty pinky in one ear before inspecting the nail and, finally, wiping it on his pants. His mustache flexes out at the edges when he purses his lips in thought, finally placing loose fists against his hips in consternation.

Bina barks a small laugh and covers her lips with a hand as Barclaiigh jumps and does his 'find the speaker' dance. She takes the same hand and waves it at the dwarf, adding, "Up here!" so he doesn't have to hunt for the speaker any longer.

To Rupi she nods. "I'd be willing to listen to anything you wanted to talk about, Rupi. And I have to agree that he's effective at what he does. He'd not be royalty if he wasn't. He'd have been dead long ago. As for happiness.. Happiness is a transient thing. I like to make happiness. To share it. To encourage it. Yet most beings tend to exist in a state of 'good enough' until things get bad. So I fight the bad things too. Oh.. and wish for more smiles. Smile make happy an easier thing to obtain." Uhh...yeah..

"Well, let's talk about happiness." Rupi says, wiggling in her seat, "I'd have to think about him, and I haven't. He seems very interested in bargains, but not always. That's kind of obvious."

She pouts, "At least you made some smiles."

"It's funny what 'good enough' can be."

Barclaiigh's face brightens in realization when he looks up at the call, catching himself a moment later to offer a nod with squinted eyes and a wrinkled nose. Of course! He knew the whole time. He goes back to looking left and right briefly before he finds what he was actually looking for the WHOLE TIME (not just a convenient cover) and plucks a twig from his shoulder, points at it, and makes a wide-eyed 'what a world!' face with a shake of the head. A panto fit for the kiddies. He flicks the twig out of the open window nearby and bumps his way apologetically towards the bar. So many people! He draws a few side-eyed looks when he bumps into someone and issues a very ursine grunt of apology.

Bina watches the dwarf and hmms softly. "I believe that was the dwarf that was ther to meet the small dragon. Yes.. He seems familiar. Giddy to be able to do so if I remember." She looks back to Rupi. "And what would make you happy, my dear? Is there any one thing that would or are you the type that is never satisfied and wants more?" She asks the question truly curious rather then in a rude way.

"Oh? It is?" Rupi peers over at Barclaiigh, seemingly interested once 'Bina has pointed him out. "Dragons are powerful, friends of dragons are powerful, you should be friendly with him."

She pauses, "A demon might think."

"It's not always about using people..." The woman continues quietly, examining him from afar. She shakes her head, faces Sabina, "Yes. I'm insatiable. The one thing I want is right here."

She leans in, nosing 'Bina. "I'll always want more. I can be... satisfied with waiting for something I know is coming, and happy when it does."

Waiting his turn patiently, Bar goes up on tiptoe and cranes his neck to eye the evening's selections hosted on the back wall. He corrals his beard, drawing one hand after the other down its length only to start again from just under his jawline. Once the queue is clear he steps ahead and digs out a few coins, making sure he's the denominations right before pushing them to the man at work. With drink in hand the dwarf woodsman picks a path and sorts his way towards the second floor, quickly re-acclimating to being inside and around other people. The heady slurrrrrrrrrp precedes his arrival at the top of the stairs.

Bina chuckles at Rupi. "But you already 'have' me, Rupi. You flatter me but are you sure that's all you want?" She giggles and then offers Barclaiigh another wave. "Hello..umm.. Bar..Bark.. I'm very sorry, good sir. I've misplaced your name. Would you tell it to me again?" She asks the woodsman. "I'm Sabina and this is Rupi. And you're the lucky one that a certain small dragon took a liking too."

"Well there are a few things I want to try..." Rupi says, leaning to whisper in 'Bina's ear, "I like snuggling with you," almost kissing the side of her mask. "Can you cast a restoration?" She adds a few mmm? mmm? Noises as she does.

Turning to Barclaiigh, she waves enthusiastically, "I don't remember names at all. Hi Big You. The forest looks lively today? Do you want a drink?"

"Also watching you work is interesting, 'Bina-Beans."

"Barclaiigh Stoutbrew of the Redridge Stoutbrews. Brewery, fields, and waystop, Miss Sabina!" The khazad lifts his stein in toast, drinks, and folds his lower lip over his mustache to suck the drips away before they can fall. He points at the drink with his free hand in answer to Rupi's question. "Hello, Miss Rupi. And, yes, Tanith Ari-ari Sicksel! Or did you mean the little pink dragon, Miss Lily? Both show quite the skill at making fish disappear!"

Randolf pushes the door open to the pub, tugging the lapels of his robes as he lumbers over to the bar. He glances around, looking to see if there's any faces he recognizes, before he swings himself up atop one of the dwarf-height barstools. "A mug of ale, an' it please ye," he says to the server behind the bar, digging a couple coins out of his pocket to set on the bar.

Bina, Rupi and now Barclaiigh are up in the balcony section of the Tarrace and just starting to engage in some light banter from the look of it. Bina is nodding to Bar as he speaks. "I was thinking of Tanith, but you're right in that Lily can put away food as well. It's a pleasure to meet you again, Barclaiigh. I'm glad you've stopped in my little place. What brings you other then the need for a good drink?"

"I could go see if there's a dwarf Rupi in the back." The woman beside Sabina says, winking "... a Droopy."

She looks Barclaiigh over, then down at Randolf. "We have no spitballs. Would it be flirting or rude if we threw his twig and berries down at the other dwarf?"

Shw knows the answer. She wants to ask the question.

"I-- er," Bar goes red to match the currants stuffed into one of his pouches. He shifts his eyes and makes a point to look everywhere except at Rupi. My, that's some fascinating architecture. Rafters? Oh, quite nice. Beams, too! Slurrrrrrrp goes the beer. And then the head makes a quick burst for freedom when he coughs into the mug. A meaty hand comes up too late to cover his mouth and he turns, hills passing as shoulders bouncing as he tries to catch his breath.

Bina tsks at Rupi. "It's not good to fluster the guests, my dear. At least not until they get to know you better. And no..tossing things at people below is not a wise thing to do. You hit the wrong person and a jumpy mage might cast an explosive spell in the Tarrace and that's not a good day for anyone." She chuckles lightly and then offers explanation to Bar. "Please forgive Rupi. She's a wildling and likely to say almost anything to get a rise out of people. For fun and entertainment, of course."

Randolf takes up his mug with a thankful nod to the server. He goes to lift it, but pauses with the rim halfway to his mouth. He opens his eyes and trains them upwards to the balcony. "I'd -really- rather ye dinnae be flingin' anything in me beer," he grumbles, before quaffing a swallow. He sighs happily, licking the froth from his mustache. Bar's coughing has him looking up at his fellow khazad, boggling just a bit. "Och, you all right there, kinsman?"

"You're in luck, Barclaiigh up here is a brewer and has a lot of connections. You should meet him." Rupi calls down, "I won't fling anything."

She nods at 'Bina's description to, "fun and entertainment. Nothing that scares off the customers." Barclaiigh offers a strangled (but mostly-decipherable) 'oh, of course' before he goes back to his coughing. He gropes twice with the mug and finds the tabletop, setting it down and plopping with a squeal of the chairlegs to sputter, red-faced and teary-eyed into both hands for another few moments as he chokes on equal parts beer and embarrassment.

Bina continues to chuckle at this exchange and then shakes her head. "Ahh.. you're so bad, Rupi." She looks below and waves to the dwarf below. "Come on up, good sir. Join us and perhaps save Barclaiigh from Rupi, here. I think she's trying to get him to choke on his beer but I could be wrong. Tarien knows I have been before."

Randolf looks up at the others, looking to each face in turn. Nodding his head, he hops to his feet and lumbers over to the stairs, stumping up to the second story. "Och, look at the state o' you, cousin," he says to Bar as he goes to settle his thickset rump into a chair. "Deep breaths, laddie. In with the good air, out wi' the bad."

"Well, only a little. I'll be better." The other woman says, sitting back and watching Randolf assist Barc. She leans into 'Bina, clasping her hand. "Tonight has gone well."

"Oh, oh, hrm, yes. Perfectly fine." Bar finally manages, inspecting his palms before dragging them down the front of his shirt. "Saw the Ancestral Halls, there." His dirty cheeks are streaked with lines of fallen tears, forehead beaded with sweat. He leans back into the chair and sucks in a deep breath, his chest raising with his beard atop it like the firiest of sunrises.

"I like your drink, Miss Sabina," he manages to answer finally, his voice a bit of a raw-throated growl. "And this time of year Porter just wants to eat and sleep. Truffles listens good but isn't much of a talker." He pinches at one of the tusks on his necklace and gives it an indicative shake.

Bina grins at Rupi and nods but then blinks at Bar. "Truffles and Porter?" She looks at the necklace and the tooth and hmms. "Truffles the ..pig? Boar? And Porter would be..sleepy.. hmm. Bear? I'm using the extent of my knowledge about nature and her animals." She chuckles. To Randolf she turns next. "Have we met before?" She asks.

Randolf sets his mug on the table, settling back into his seat as he digs into his inner pocket for his pipe and tobacco pouch. "I don't believe we have, no. Randolf Axepeak, at yer service. I'm a student o' wizardry at the University." He looks up and around, then back. "This is yer establishment then, is it missus?" he asks Sabina. "I've been in a few times. Ye stock excellent beer, I must say." He fills his pipe with sweet vanilla-rum tobacco, tamping the bowl with a fingertip before tucking the bit into his bearded maw. "Where ye from, kinsman?" he asks of Bar as he tucks the pouch back into his pocket.

Rupi sits quietly for the moment, watching the two dwarfs talk, nodding occasionally. She checks that 'Bina hasn't gone anywhere, which she hasn't, returns to watching the others.

"Stoutbrew holdings are that way," Bar points north and east, squinting one eye for precision's sake. "Base of the Redridge on the western lee of the range; out AND under. You?"

The Khazad grins wide at Sabina, bringing his cupped hands together in an enthusiastic window-shaking thunderclap. "Truffles was a working pig the family had before I heard the Call. He died fighting off a cave glob helping to save auntie Deirdre." He pats the tusk with one hand as he lifts his mug again with the other. "Rescued Porter from poachers on my family's land as a cub, myself. He's been with me since. Still has some growing to do but a good friend to have on the road!"

Randolf cups his hands around the bowl of his pipe, muttering an incantation into his beard. A spark of flame dances to life around his fingers, and he pulls it into the bowl. Whiskers twitching and flame jumping as he encourages a warm glow to kindle. Once that's done, he settles back, puffing a billow of sweet pipe smoke into the air, banishing the flame with a flick of his fingers. "The Axepeaks are the thanes o' Caer Glenlannach," he says. He takes ahold of his pipe and points out the window, north and west. "Seated up the mountains, in central Khazad Duin. Right upon the shores o' Loch Glenna. Not as fancy as some o' the larger cities, but... we have a hell of a view."

Bina nods as the animal/people are explained to her. She also dips her head to Randolf as he praises the drinks at the Tarrace. "Thank you both. I try to get in the best I can here, knowing I see folk of all the races here. Something I am rather proud of. Have you tried the shrieker soup? Newest thing on the menu. A party of adventurers were tasked with clearing them out and now we gain the spoils."

"Those sound like interesting places." Rupi says, reacting to the suggestion of a great view. "Glad you like the drinks also. Would you like a refill?"

Barclaiigh bobs his head up and down, listening and agreeing in turn. "Sounds lovely." He agrees with Randolf, "Auntie and I made it all up and through the mountains on her business. Got to see all kinds; every place has its own beauty."

Then, to Sabina he admits "Never," plucking a benign off-white and brown cap from a pouch. "Just his little silent cousins." He pops it into his mouth, chewing thoughtfully. "Do they still squeel when you cook them?"

"Just the one for me, thank you, miss. Spoiling myself as it is." Bar finally tells Rupi with a grateful smile. He's a fella of humble means.

Randolf nods his head with a soft chuckle. "Aye. Me studies keep me busy here in Alexandria, but it's nice tae go back an' see the clan. Even if I -am- a wee bit of a black sheep. I'm the first an' only wizard in our clan." He looks back over to Bina, his bushy red brows lofting. "Shrieker soup, ye say? Cannae say as I've ever had -shrieker-. I do love me a good mushroom broth, though. Nice an' bracing, it is. Good fer dippin' a crust o' bread in."

Bina grins at them both in turn. "Sounds like you both miss your home from time to time at least. Family and friends of home and even the land itself can call one, can't it?" She nods and then offers. "I'd be willing to get you both a small bowl to let you taste if you like. I find that it has a sharp tang to it, Like a spice that tries to numb the lips. It doesn't make noise as it's cooked but my cooks here do a good job with it. We've done up shrieker steaks before. Slabs of shrieker grilled and spiced just so."

"Those..." Rupi says with a grin, picking up a fork and miming pressing it into the table, "... make a little tiny 'eeeeee' when you put the fork in."

Barclaiigh's mouth makes a little 'o' of surprised amusement at Rupi's description, quickly breaking into a wide smile. He tilts his mug and inspects the contents before draining the remainder in single long pull. "Actually, I should go. A bit of night fishing and, hopefully, I can track down the big cat who's been nosing around before she and Porter have an Encounter." He stands, lifting the mug again and sucking at the dregs, his chest expanding as he does his best not to leave a drop behind. He draws forearm across his mouth and beard before waving and bouncing down the stairs, humming tunelessly to himself.

Randolf chuckles softly, shaking his head. "Oh, that's kind of ye tae offer, but I've already et me supper. I was just comin' in here fer a pint tae finish off me day. But I'll certainly be tryin' a bowl next time I'm here! I'll make sure tae come extra hungry."

"Well, I would like some screaming soup." Rupi says, standing decisively and smiling demurely at Sabina, "Would you like a bowl, 'Bina-Beans, or if there is some left for steak?"

The Tarienite laughs. "It might be something new the next time you're in but I still hope to see you back in and ready to try whatever it is. Oh.. and also keep us in mind if you come across any rare ingredients. We try to pay a fair price for things when we can." She looks over at Rupi and nudges her. "So bad! It does not scream. what am I going to do with you?" She tsks.

Randolf chuckles, draining his mug and wiping his mouth off on the back of his fist. "Count on it, missus," he says. He digs into his pocket for his pocketwatch, thumbing it open to check the time. "But it's gettin' late, an' I've got an exam on the morrow. Bloody Transmutations. Such fiddly spells, those are." He hops to his feet, reaching up to offer a two-fingered salute. "Reos bless yer forges, ladies. Have a lovely rest o' yer night." Turning, he lumbers on down the stairs and takes his leave.

"Eep. I caught a blessing." Rupi says, returning with her bowl of soup. She takes a seat, leaning to rest her head on Sabina's shoulder. "I'm glad you stood up to him, and I'm glad I didn't lose you. So I'm happy you're here. That's something I didn't know I wanted, or needed."

"And that's neat."

Bina accepts the soup from Rupi with a laugh and then pulls her gently into the seat next to her. "Careful now, Rupi. Saying things like that. Next thing you know you'll wake up one day and not know what to do without me. And then what will you do?" She giggles and takes a sip of soup. "Mm.. tangy."

Rupi gives Sabina a look, "Oh, I think I'll always know what to do." She lifts the spoon to her mouth, takes half the soup in it, then nudges the spoon to Sabina's lips, "It is. Very."

Bina's brows raise behind her mask and she gives the other woman a chuckle before taking the offered sip of soup. "I see. And if one day you actually did wake up and found you never wanted me to be anywhere but by your side? What would you do then, Rupi? Truthfully. Would you end me to free yourself?"

The woman halts with a new spoonful half raised. It stays parked in space for a while, as she thinks or appears to think about it. "I don't know."

"Honestly felt it, and it wasn't a spell or something forced on me or on you?"

"Wouldn't wanting you to always be around be a good thing?" She blinks large eyes, "I was imagining watching all the ways you'll grow more powerful, and I'll just ride along with you like your shadow."

Bina smiles warmly. "You're a demon, Rupi." She whispers. "I still know that in my head. I'd rejoice if one day you told me that and truly meant it in your heart. And you do have a heart, Rupi. But I know that some will never submit any portion of themselves to another. Not even when it's a good thing. They'd rather suffer in the short term to be free in the long."

"But I'm a lust demon, 'Bina." Rupi says, taking her fingers and drawing an imaginary heart in the air. "We have big hearts. There's lots of room in it."

"My kind of submitting is different from his. Your leash is light and there are interesting things to do."

"I am getting, SO MANY ideas."

She tilts her head, "Which I want to try, once we work up to it."

Bina laughs again, tone light and free as a bird, joyful. "Ah! Rupi, you know how to make me smile. I was never going to ask sexual things from you, you know. I don't know what your existence was before you came here. I imagined in my head there were many things you did that you didn't want to do. We're in a pact and so I thought to myself that Rupi needs to know I don't find those type of things to be a 'requirement' of the pact. But if /you/ want them. I mean truly want them rather then just say you do, then perhaps one day we can work up to those things. If you're speaking of...other things ..as in not sex then we'll have to see."

Rupi laughs, "Oh, well don't worry about that. I was thinking about a night club and menu items, and quirky cocktail names."

She leans close, her voice deep, "So it wasn't... sex!"

"I do like those things. Most things." She licks her lips, "It's complicated."

Her smile fades a little, she glances off to the side, "Some of it you wouldn't enjoy hearing about..."

"Here, eat your soup!"

Bina gets up and then carefully places herself in Rupi's lap. Still speaking softly and still with a warm smile that speaks of caring she says, "I may not like hearing it but that doesn't mean it's not worth hearing, Rupi. I'm here for you just as much as you're here for me. So, wehn you're ready I'll listen to the things you need to speak about. To .." She grins and then shrugs. "..lighten your soul." A chaste kiss is placed on Rupi's forehead.

Rupi slips her arms around Sabina's waist and holds her. The embrace is warm, her weight on her lap pleasant and desired. She blinks at the kiss, and nods slowly.

Long distance to Sabina: Ashes hugs, "feeling very uncreative right now, sorry my poses are terrible."
Sabina pages: Sorry you feel that way. :) I'm having a good time.
You paged Sabina with 'okay. I'm glad you are, I just wish I was giving you better poses.'
From afar, Sabina thinks you're feeling drained because of the high impact scene earlier today. :)
Long distance to Sabina: Ashes thinks that is likely true

<OOC> Ashes has headache and emotional drain, isn't doing well in the other scene either
<OOC> Randolf says, "Aww, get some good rest."
