The more concise you can make answers, the better!

Some Meta Stuff, First

What existing orgs are related to your concept? Why do they not work or fit?

Sometimes, we are able to tweak an existing group.

Who is interested in joining the org?

This helps us gauge who is interested, and who could join in the RP. Of course, once created all orgs are open to everyone. For this reason, make sure that the organization is joinable by common, easily statable interests and not something nebulous such as "people I like." The latter will be rejected outright.

Goals and Weaknesses

What is the specific goal of the organization?

Goals should have a more narrow focus as opposed to a general one, and they should be different enough from existing groups to warrant distinction. For example, "dashing adventurers" is covered by the Adventurer's Guild. "Sildanyari adventure-minded gentlemen and women looking to gentrify the Guild" would be a subset of the Adventurer's Guild, because they are trying to change it. However, an organization dedicated to furthering the skills of griffon-riders among the gnomes, lucht, and others of "reasonably-sized stature" would be both different and focused.

What are its weaknesses?

Pride can be a weakness, but should not be the only one. Aim for two or three to give it a nice rounding-out!

How does the organization attempt to achieve its goals?

How does it try to get things done? As an aside, organizations may not represent government entities, in general, or otherwise be a means of gaining political power.

The Greater World

Beyond PCs, what groups are interested in the org?

Try to include at least 3 classes, and 2 faiths!

Leadership and Areas of Influence

- Who is the NPC leader(s)?
- Generally, the guideline is, the more specific/focused the org, the wider reach they can have.

Finer Details

History

Where did they come from? A good area to introduce areas of competition, enemies, and so on!

RPP-Related Skills

- Skills suggested for members to take as an org spend, etc. This also helps paint your organization.
