*Summary: Seyardu arrives at Mithralla Merchandise, seeking Mikilos to enchant her armour. Aryia arrives soon after, following Seyardu. Cryosanthia and Little Fang are present in the ballroom, as they largely live there, and all gather in the shop to examine Seyardu's purchase and discuss magic items and the various threats facing them. Cryo lends Aryia her Amulet of Mighty Fists, which the Mul'niessa subsequently breaks a cup while trying to pick it up. Seyardu's breastplate has something invisible on it, which Cryo notices and Mikilos reveals. It seems to be a sigil of Seyardu's name. Aryia gets upset that everyone seems to be telling her to 'live with' the threat, and Cryo is bumped into a moment of self-doubt, facing the Mul'niessa's angry, incomprehensible signs. Not matter how hard she tries, she can never learn enough. Seldan arrives, publicly admonished by Kanian for meditating in the mountains, and this brings Aryia to her highest alert. The Erinyes that seek them often come when they are in a group, such as this one. Lily eats all the biscuits and drinks all the tea, as Cryo attempts to explain living under constant surveillance. She gave up caring and felt a lot better, essentially, trading one indifferent, immortal goddess for another. Tensions rise and the whitescale retreats to the ballroom to dance, taking her pink youngling with her, and Seldan departs as Braelnoir arrives. The merc explains, and Mikilos concurs, that sometimes its easier to fight things out. He heads into the back, and Braelnoir and Seyardu discuss Charn, the silverscale's missing memories, and family. Assurances are made.</div>

Here, a large wooden structure has been built. Its somewhat eccentric yet elegant design suggests its owner may be of the arcane persuasion. To the side of the main structure is a small corral to for horses or wagons. Before the central building, a massive sword emerges from the earth. A sign upon it reads: "MITHRALA MERCHANDISE."
          
Inside is a small seating area with several comfortable chairs. To the back, an unobtrusive but businesslike sales counter, and two large signs. One asks patrons to please wait here and not disrupt those inside the lab. The other offers a lab rental at a very reasonable rate. 

To the left and right are a large set of doors. The doors on the right lead to a large room which takes up most of the building. Several long tables are scattered about, many with small tool racks. A small forge sits off to the side. Unlike the average workshop, maps of celestial bodies and guides to the elemental planes line the walls. Large frameworks of brass, silver, and crystal occupy space between the tables. A large shelf dominates the far wall, the containers upon it sporting such labels as "wyvern bile," "sulfur," "tiger's tears," and other exotic items. A glass-covered hole in the roof, set with mirrors, offers direct sunlight, or moonlight, to shine upon various projects.
          
The doors to the left lead towards the direction of the mountains and what is reported to be a sildanyari-style ball room. Wizards.
          
During regular store hours, a young Llyranesi man, Belhan Mithralla, keeps an eye on the shop and the lab. When not cleaning or helping a customer, he can usually be found reading some book from the library.

Recent, and events less so had left a certain silver sith-makar more than a bit concerned about the armor she had been using. While the breastplate she had provided more than adequate protection, times when moving silently or carefully were necessary were often in the course of an adventurer's work, and she was clumsy enough to begin with. After much deliberation on what was to be done, She had sought out Mithralla Merchandise, where in a previous visit she had noticed their more esoteric wares. So another visit had her in consultation with the shopkeep, who had pointed them in the direction of a local smith who was trained in the use of rarer metals, and also was accustomed to making wares suited to sith-makar, due to being one themself. And a few days later Seyardu had returned to the building, now with a large cloth wrapped package in her lap, as she waited in one of the offered chairs, finding the shop relatively empty for the moment.

Mikilos enters from the back hall, slightly rumpled from whatever he's been working on, but a murmured cantrip later leaves the magus fresh and presentable, with every hair in place. "Good afternoon, sorry to have kept you waiting. Have you had some tea? How may I be of service?"

Aryia had never truly gone to this place. She had been told about it once or twice in the past, but she never truly had a reason to head up the mountain side. Her place was at the docks. And the lower markets. But the anxiety of recent events made her act out of routine. And as much as routines were apparently a good thing, in the end, it wasn't going to help her should their rivals strike. So for today, she decided to take a long walk, far away from the places she normally visits. 
 
A scarred mul'neissa in simple clothes slips into Mithralla Merchandise, a bit confused as to what the place even was. She notes Seyardu there, and gives a small wave towards her and Mikilos. 
 
She scratches her head. Which one was that? She vaguely remembers meeting them. 

Cryosanthia has likewise been occupied, warming up the Ballroom for the Wee Queen and cohort. More specifically, she's been practicing her acrobatics there, several new purchases have slightly different augmentative benefits and she's been working out the kinks and gaps to determine where she'll be relying on pure skill and acrobatics.

Lily has been helping out, chasing her around with the blue ball of ansiliation and shooting foam darts from her hand crossbow.

The whitescale and her pinkscale youngling drift in for tea-time. They are less disheveled, as they do not sweat like mammals, but have a distinctive odor of presence when they arrive. "Oh, hello. Peace on your Nest, yours too Aryia."

"Peasss kneeess." Lily echoes, going towards the biscuits.

So many biscuits. A buttermilk flaky scone best served with sasuauge gravy... or shortbread, but not coffee biscuits. Really, they might be cookies instead.

Seyardu looks up when she sees Mikilos entering, and she gives him a wave and nod. 

"Peace on your nest, Mikilos, it's alright, the wait was not long or unpleasant, though I was not expecting any tea. I was looking to have the armor made for me looked over, now that it's complete." 

Aryia entering quickly takes her attention, and their tail thumps once against the ground as she waves. And another noise against the floor upon seeing Cryo and Lily. "Peace on your nests, I was not expecting to run into so many here today, but it is not unwelcome."

Mikilos usually keeps a pot steaming in the shop. Handy for a quick cup, and helps with the dry mountain air. He smiles to Aryia, nodding hello, and waves to Cryo and Lilly. "Welcome, welcome, glad to have you all. You just want the armor looked over? Double check everthing fits together properly and such?"

"P-s - - -st," Aryia greets to Seyardu, her repeating the pop and hiss to Cryosanthia and Lily as others came in. She steps aside to clear a path towards biscuits. 
 
She taps her fingers together, letting the others settle in. "What... is this place, exactly?" she asks after a moment, looking at the shelves like they were written in a foreign language. <Handspeech>

"This one lives here, in a hole in the wall," Cryo laughs, "if I'm not somewhere else we're usually here."

She nods acknowledgement towards Mikilos, "with his generous permission, for as long as we do not wear out the welcome."

"A shop, for mages, and adventurers that need magic things. Mikilos is great with weapons."

Seyardu nods, with the package she had been carrying opened , with several plates of bright silver metal inside, linked and banded together into a breastplate. 

She reaches for the pot, and pours a cup for herself. "Yes, this place seems to specialize in selling, and crafting magical items, as well as sourcing them." She explains to Aryia. "I came here to have some armor made, that would be easier to move in."

Mikilos nods to Cryo, turning focus to Aryia. "The primary business is the creation of magical items of most every sort. I also craft the occasional clockwork piece. There's a workshop for people who prefer to make their own items, and a library towards the back. The ballroom is open for public use, and the far back is my home, with several guest rooms." He nods to Seyardu, looking over the pieces. "You went to Maker Theridin? This looks like his handywork."

The answer confirms that her confusion was well founded. Magic shops were already confusing, a shop for mages was even more so. Aryia nods as the answer was found acceptable. It takes her a moment before remembering a hazy conversation. "This was the place you were talking about living, Cryosanthia?" <Handspeech> 
 
The shadow elf eyes the armor, her tilting her head to the side. "Oh. Okay. I don't really know a whole lot about magic items aside from a few. They usually cost way too much for me, much more than I can even count," she lamely gestures, sighing a bit as the topic was all Mynsandraal to her. <Handspeech> 

Mikilos can teach Mynsandraal, if that would help...

Cryosanthia could also...

It's handspeech she doesn't understand. The whitescale watches Aryia's signs, "Um... Little Fang...?"

"Wafff?" Lily says, with a mouthful of scones she's attempting to wash down with a cup of tea.

"What did Aryia sign?" Cryo asks patiently.

The pinkscale looks at the Mul'niessa, then back at her Ssassa, "is thiss armour sstore?"

"Yesss...." Cryo says, filling in the large number of blanks, "This is one place I would recommend buying items from. Mikilos can give a slight discount... this one can't make promises for him."

"Ah, yes, Theridin, he was quite accommodating for the process, thank you." Seyardu nods to Mikilos. "In total, it was three thousand gold pieces for the metal and work, on top of normal fees." She continues, with a hint of sadness. "They were quite convincing on the value of it, and even offered to lower the price of the work as much as they could manage." 

She watches the hand movements, and nods to Aryia. "I believe this is the place, Aryia." And she turns to Cryosanthia. "Would you or Lily like some tea, in this case? Aryia was just asking if this was where you lived, and she was saying that she knows little about magical items, due to most being out of what she could afford. If you need someone to teach you more though, I can recommend learning from Mikilos. The man who ran the shop the other day was quite knowledgeable, as well."

Mikilos nods in understanding. "The base materials to craft a magic item are expensive, and the skills to craft them rare and difficult, so the price does tend to be high. I try to keep my prices reasonable, but there's only so much I can discount. But if there's anything you'd like to ask about, I can certainly offer recommendations and information." He looks to Seyardu a moment, frowning mildly, but shrugs. "I've worked with him before, never known him to make anything but top quality goods. Have you tried it all on yet?"

Aryia shakes her head and sighs. "I don't know what to even ask about. Most I have is a cloak that keeps me a little safer, these arm things that keep me from getting stabbed, and these boots that make sure I don't snap my legs if I fall. I don't really use weapons, so... I don't know what there is." <Handspeech>

"I think Lily has already gotten into the tea, but this one would enjoy a cup, yes." Cryo says, nodding, "and I live here in one of the guest rooms, or when I am anxious, in the Magical Mansion if Mikilos has the spell to spare, and it has been often necessary of late. The door to it is typically against a wall somewhere, hence the joke that I live in the walls."

"I have looked over similar spells, but the best I'd be able to manage is a magic dome or a stone cottage. Which, well... would keep out most of the things I don't worry about keeping out and do nothing against the things I do."

She pours herself a cup, her tail swishing back and forth slowly, "You should try it on, yes."

Cryo takes an amulet off from around her neck, and holds it towards Aryia. It's made out of scales, overlapping silver with a blood-bronze one at the centre. "Mighty Fist Amulet. It makes claws hit harder, or teeth, or fists like it's named for. This one stops creatures teleporting."

She exhales, "It was crazy expensive, and made out of some very unusual scales. One that helps you do more damage wouldn't cost nearly as much."

"Yes, this was quite well made, I can tell that they put a lot of effort into creating it. Which is why I wonder why they charged so little." 

Seyardu sighs, pouring another cup, and offering it to Aryia after setting her own down. "This one understands, I, have been staying in the Daeus temple of late. Aryia was saying she does not have much, arm, things for defense, boots for falling, and a cloak for safety. Would you help me with this perhaps, Cryosanthia? This one has seen you in armor before that was brighter color than normal, and is unsure if there is any differences to putting it on." She says to Cryosanthia. And she turns to Aryia to smile a bit. "Those are all more than what I have I would say, Aryia, it is good you have things to help keep you safe. Perhaps there are other things which would be of assistance, here? Or that could be suggested, at least."

Mikilos nods to Aryia. "Sounds like you have a pretty solid start. Rings of protection will work with your bracers, headbands and belts can boost natural abilities. I usually find something done well and make it even better, then find someplace weak and either make it stronger, or try to shift back to a place I'm strong. But it's impossible to be good at everything. Why the Guild sends out teams, so one can cover where another is weak." He nods to Cryo. "All sorts of amulets possible, I hadn't thought of that one." He steps back to let Seyardu and Cryo work with the armor.

Aryia blinks, her looking a bit a closer at the walls, thinking there was some hidden door she couldn't see. How the hell can one hide a whole ass mansion in here? This place wasn't that big. 
 
Her eyes widen at necklace shown to her and what it does. "It... blocks teleporting? These can do that? That'd keep that asshole from running away from us," she signs, gingerly taking the necklace and inspecting it closely before slipping it on without asking. That was a lot of things Mikilos was talking about that she didn't know how they'd help. Trusting magic to do its job was difficult. <Handspeech>

"This one has bad memories of the Temple of Daeus, it is not a comforting place for me." Cryo says, gliding to her feet and moving around to assist the silverscale with her armour. She laughs a little, "Mine is a light chain shirt and somehow the Speakers got my measurements when I wasn't looking, it slips on delightfully easy. Yours seems more like River Stone's or Faran's."

She moves around to Seyardu's back, "I have squired for her, so I know what to do. At least I won't have to be squatting. Back-plate is usually first, do you have a gambesan or leather under-layer?"

She grins as Aryia slips the amulet on, "I really don't like things getting away from me. I can't seem to escape, I feel it's only fair things that come after me can't."

Something is off. A feeling the whitescale gets as she's handling the breastplate. Something with the armor most likely she is holding is invisible.

"This one expects there is a story there, but I understand, there are places not completely comfortable to myself, in the city." She admits as she stands up. from her bag she pulls out a large leather coat which she pulls on. 

"Yes, ways to stop teleportation from working seem useful. We have had dealings recently, with those who would teleport away. I was thinking about magical items for improving myself, but felt armor would be the most important thing for the moment." She offers. "Aryia was saying similar." 

The armor was light and certainly Mithral, expertly made, and easy to put on. And shaped perfectly for the silver sith-makar, custom made to sit as securely as possible.

Mikilos sighs, but grins. "So much done just to try and keep Kol from getting away. Just glad others were able to stop him eventually."

Aryia wasn't sure how to work it as the scaled amulet rests against her sternum. She frowns a bit at the reason why Cryo has to have it, bur it was understandable. She was in the same position right now. With a sigh of not knowing how to use it, she reaches out for the cup of tea. 
 
Her fingers graze the lip of the porcelain with a thunk. And the cup crumbles inward, tea spilling everywhere. Aryia's face grows bright red as she quickly steps forward to scrub the tea out of the counter with her magic cloak.

Cryo becomes still, her head fixed, the sides of her snout flexing, a breath slowly drawn. If anything, she seems to be listening carefully to something she can't hear with ears. She tilts her head down, tilts the breastplate up and starts feeling around on it. "There's... something wrong with this. There's an invisible piece. It's not the shape it looks like, the air flows around it wrong."

"The wrestle pile into the Fountain was only possible because you suggested it, you should have been there."

Her head pops up as Aryia crushes the teacup, "Ah. I should have warned."

Lily snickers helpfully.

Cryo returns to the mystery, "Did you order something odd, Seyardu, can you see what's off Mikilos?"

The pieces were all there, and none were invisible. Except, It was barely perceptible, but the armor was just made, and Mithral was not easy to damage. On the inside of the breastplate, were scratches, yet the metal looked perfectly smooth. 

Seyardu looks back, and her head is cocked slightly. "Is something the matter?" She asks slowly. But her attention is taken by the broken glass, and she crouches down, taking a rag to help clean.

Mikilos blinks at the broken cup, but doesn't seem concerned. "That's set low. Most wouldn't activate until there's more force behind the impact." He turns focus to the armor, frowning mildly. "I hadn't noticed anything, but hadn't given a close look yet. One moment." Peering, the wizard murmurs a brief incantation.

Aryia baps the hand trying to help her. It was her mess, not Seyardu's.

"There are scratches, I can feel them." Cryo says, dragging her thick fingernails along the inside, making clicking noises when they encounter the marr. "I haven't really had a chance to tune it in combat, and my claws aren't that strong. They need all the extra punch they can get."

"Here..." Lily says, turning a glass of water over and spilling it across the table towards Seyardu. There's a mess the silverscale can clean up. She's helping!

Cryo snorts, and turns the breastplate for Mikilos to inspect.

"Scratches? I hope I have not managed to damage it already." Seyardu sighs, squinting at the metal as it is handed over. "You are strong even without it, Aryia, perhaps being amplified as such made it hard to control. This one remembers something similar before." 

She sighs a bit at the water, but she does work to mop it up. "Mess for the sake of mess is not productive Lily, but helping others is. Still, this one appreciates the thought."

Mikilos peers at the armor a few moments. "Not scratches, etchings. Here." The wizard murmurs a quick cantrip, hi-lighting the marks for others to easily see. "Looks like a makers stamp, fairly typical to place on, I do similar with my own crafts. But this includes Seyardu's name, and making it invisible is odd."

"Ha! It's not a love poem is it?" Cryo's thoughts immediately go there, her tail swishing widely enough to drag her hips into it. She wobbles her head with a grin.

Maybe it was a love poem? They were really fancy with marking it.

"It is not, is it?" Seyardu asks, squinting more at the metal now. There was just a touch of embarrassment at the suggestion. And she squinted more, before she sighs. "If it is, then I can't read it. Apologies, but the light is too much for me to make out. It looks like a solid bright mark, to me."

Mikilos shakes his head. "No no, just the one sigil, not a poem's worth. May just be his way of marking maker and owner... but such symbols make for a clear scrying target."

Outside the windows of the shop, those quick of eye might catch the rustle and swoop of large, white-feathered wings, followed by the distinct clank and clatter of plate armor, as if someone in it just hit the ground quite solidly. Seldan folds his wings, letting them melt away into nothingness as he gathers his bearings and looks up at the shop front some ten paces in front of him. He looks a bit windswept and a bit weary, but unharmed.

"It's really fancy. Draconic is rough and blocky, that symbol isn't." Cryo says, tilting her head and looking thoughtful. The moment passes, "No, nothing comes to mind."

Lily meanwhile, reacts to the wings, turning and staring at the door. "Silverrrsss."

"It is, yes." Seyardu agrees, finding little herself, and resolving to return to wiping down the water spill where she saw some left. Though the noise caught her attention, and she looks to the window. The sound made her jump certainly, of feathered wings, but she relaxes upon seeing it is just Seldan.

Aryia finally finishes up cleaning the tea, her doffing the necklace and gently handing it back over to Cryo. She notes the new arrival, and her embarrassment is replaced with nervousness. She tightens up her cold iron cestus. They all were in one place. Everytime that happened...

Mikilos perks at the noise outside, but relaxes seeing what it is. Stepping to the door, the elf opens it wide. "Greetings and salutations. Come in, come in and be welcome. What brings you by?"

"I weary of flying," Seldan answers with an easy smile and an inclination of the head for those present. "And yet, it seems, do I arrive in good time for pleasant company. Her light upon your path," he adds to the others. "I trust that your business is plentiful and your work smooth. No, I bring naught with me," he adds to Aryia, seeing the look on her face. 

"No, that was this morning," a crotchety old man remarks from somewhere in the vicinity of the sword at his left hip. 

"Surely you did not think the mountains wholly safe, Kanian," Seldan answers easily. 

"It would be if you weren't in it so much." 

That leaves Seldan in slack-jawed silence for the space of a few seconds.

"Well..." Cryo turns to watch Seldan enter, and waves happily, then tilts the breastplate a little more, "You can always be scryed by your name or a lost scale, so it's not that much more of a risk and perhaps you can use it to find your armour if it ever gets stolen."

A few seconds for her brain to catch up with her ears, "Weary of Flying? How! That would be the most wonderful thing! It's like swimming through air."

A few more seconds to process Kanian's comment, "Huh?"

"If it is not a risk, then I suppose there is not much to think about. And it will not interfere with the work of it, most likely." Seyardu replies. "If it was written so fancifully, perhaps they did intend for it to be a compliment. I will try it on, if you will still assist, Cryosanthia." 

She turns her attention to the door, and smiles to Seldan, with just a bit of curiosity at the voices. "Is everything alright? It seems you had much business, up and out here."

Aryia tries to relax some, as much as she could. But even with such powerful people there, the last still felt like she was never truly safe. "What's a S-K-R-E-Y-E?" she fingerspells, fidgeting on her feet. <Handspeech>

Mikilos smiles to Cryo. "Excersize is tiring, however enjoyable it might be." He keeps a carefully neutral expression at the sword's comment. He frowns at Aryia for a moment. "Ah. S-c-r-y. A type of magic to look at someone far away. Are several versions, but the main one needs a link of some sort, and can look at someone without them knowing. Also good for sending messages to someone away on a trip, or finding things lost."

"I am granted but a few minutes of flight in a day," Seldan answers, his easy smile fading, "and it is well if I am not airborne when they fade. Yes, all is well. I seek the mountains at times, do I seek solitude in my prayers," he explains to Seyardu. "I return more quickly when I fly, does the weather permit." 

The mention of scrying gets his attention, though, and he turns to listen. "It is as a mirror, that shows one another place, person, or thing, depending on the thing sought. It requires a link, as Mikilos has said, and the weaker the link, the trickier the spell."

"Oh, okay. Hello Kanian." Cryo says, returning to being Seyardu's squire and helping her with the new armour, "hold please, while I get the buckles." She tightens the front plate to the back, then starts getting all the other pieces, "It's usually easier to put the upper arms on, then the pauldrons, then the vambraces, the waist pieces and the skirt.

"And if they carve their link down to the bone you never get free." Cryo says randomly, picking up another armour piece.

Lily meanwhile, keeps looking Seldan up and down.

"I believe I have heard of that spell in passing, one time." Seyardu nods, and sighs. Once it was finished, she checked the fit, and nods, swishing her tail happily behind her. The silver metal almost matched the color of her scales. "This is quite nice, much lighter than before, and it feels made for myself, likely due to being so."

"I usually go the gardens, though I cannot reach the mountains, easily." She responds to Seldan. And she seems saddened by the off handed comment. "That is not true, I do not feel." She says idly herself, testing more of the movements, and finding little restricted.

Aryia the explanation made her nervousness redouble. She casts a weird look towards Cryosanthia's comment. "... what if those assholes know about it and are watching us right now?" she gestures with small motions, not wanting to admit it. <Handspeech>

Mikilos frowns mildly at Cryo, but nods. "Certainly does make it more difficult. Was bad enough cutting skin off. Cutting away etched bone... difficult at best." Stepping over to Seyradu, he looks the armor over with a critical eye. "Plant your feet, raise your arms straight out from your sides..." He puts the silver scale through a brief series of reaches, testing the joints and layers of the armor, missing Aryia's question in the process.

The offhand remark from Cryosanthia draws a frown to Seldan's features, the shadow of unhappy thoughts and memories clouding them, and he lowers his eyes - and instead looks down to Lily. "You watch me with great interest, little one," he offers. "Have I grown something I ought not have?" The words are kind enough - and perhaps a distraction.

The armor, other than the curious markings, was all of expert craftsmanship, and there were no issues with mobility. Seyardu moves as asked, and she seems to hear the question, shaking her head. 

"They would need to be capable of it, Aryia, and we do not know what magics they can use." Seyardu says to Aryia. "But they do not seem able to, due to their information being vague in several parts."

"But they can get away whenever and kill people with a snap! What's to stop them from forcing someone to do the scry thing for them?" she signs faster, a bit incredulous that the possibility wasn't fazing them. Was this one of those things again where the dangerous were bur wet paper to others? <Handspeech>

Mikilos nods in sastifaction, stepping back. "Is good work. The vambraces flare wider that I would have them, but that's more personal taste, will function fine. When you're ready to have the armor enchanted, should take to the magic just fine." He turns focus to Aryia, frowning mildly. "Scrying isn't the most powerful of magics, but it's not easy. Anyone able to do so wouldn't be a pushover. And are ways to block it. The shop is warded. It's not a sure thing, but makes enough trouble most casters wouldn't try."

"I'm sorry... " Cryo stares at Aryia's hands. It's never enough. It wasn't enough she could write, she had to do it in mysandraal, and do it perfectly. Then it was knowing every organ, of every victim she cut up, and being able to reproduce it perfectly in a drawing. Then weaving, or sewing, or whatever task the Mistress wanted done next. Perfectly. Now artifice to keep up with her daughter and merctalk and handspeech to keep up with Braelnoir and Aryia, and it never ends. She never stops being the stupid lizard that's not good enough.

The self-doubt bolts through her. Her scents go right off. She steps back to let Mikilos take charge of the armour. He makes it, and Faran knows how her own works, so it's very likely the whitescale tightened something too much.

Lily shakes her head, and grins at Seldan, smiling wide with lots of teeth. She points at the nearby table, "Teaasss."

Cryo adjusts her amulet around her neck. Mikilos answered, thank Ceinara. Or Animus, he follows Animus.

Talk of scrying distracts Seldan, and he looks up, although he does have the presence of mind to shake his head at the kobold slowly. "No, thank you, I do not require tea." The subject of magic, though, does have his attention. "Is there some concern over being scryed upon?"

"Mikilos is correct, Aryia. Those who could scry would likely have ways to escape, or fight back." She says, attempting to be reassuring. And she smiles. "There was the room you pointed out the other day Aryia, they have been searching physically, likely due to being incapable of using such magics. With focusing glasses, not magic." Was it unfazing to Seyardu, or was it just her being neutral in tone? To the other sith-makar, it was evident she was unsure. But she attempts to be confident. "There is concern, yes." 

The scents did not go unnoticed either, and once the inspection was over, she tests some more practical movements, such as giving Cryosanthia a hug. It does not linger, and she turns to pour and offer a cup of tea, afterwards.

Mikilos followed Animus, technically. Bit of luck, some hard work, and a little magic to change the very nature of reality, will again. He glances to Cryo, frowning midly, scent not a que he's quite learned to pick up on, but body language telling him something is off.

Aryia just gives an unsatisfied sigh and pushes the conversation away. Physically with an untranslatable expression. "Whatever." <Handspeech> 
 
She steals a glance towards Cryosanthia, a brow rising. By this point, she could piece together when the whitescale was off. The shadow elf looks like she wasn't bothered by Cryo not knowing the signs, enough in the room knew. But she just ends up shoving her hands in her pockets and pouting. The Ashwing were clever. And Aryia didn't feel comfortable with a magic brand on her friend.

Cryo is agitated, to those that can read her, and then it switches. Suddenly, all cues vanish, her posture becomes rigid, imperious, for a moment as if someone else was embodying the Sith'makar's frame. Her tail hangs dead behind her.

The silverscale's hug arrives during this, and is not reacted to. This attitude vanishes, it's Cryosanthia again. She sinks, standing less tall, less straight.

"Ceinara is always watching, or so her followers believe, and I am one." She says, her voice controlled, calm, lecturing. "She's not a good goddess, nor an evil one. She's a little like Kor in some ways, at least I understand her better from listening to Korrites. She doesn't care who wins, who loses, what ultimately happens. Only that there's a good story and the show goes on."

"She's your audience of one. Even if you're boring she'll keep an eye on you, but it's better to be interesting. I sing and dance, and death can come for me in a million ways from natural disaster to active threats after me." She shrugs a little, "Who knows, perhaps she only enjoys when I pratfall. I do it often enough. Perhaps she sends banana peels."

"That's how I live with being constantly watched. I always am. And, I think I should go dance."

Baffled, Seldan looks back and forth among the people present, brows furrowed. Clearly he has missed something here, and he, too, tenses, pulling himself straighter. "I do not think you always watched, now, Cryosanthia, although much of her memory follows you." Who is he talking about? "Or is it Ceinara that watches you, now?" 

His features settle into a calm, quiet reserve, his posture ramrod-straight. "I do not think her a threat, now, and none other is likely to use that brand."

"If you do not want any tea, that is alright." Seyardu sighs, setting the cup down, glancing to Aryia, Seldan and Mikilos, and back to Cryosanthia. The way she was acting was concerning, but she shakes her head, and smiles. "Others may not watch all the time, but know that there are thoughs besides who care and keep you in your thoughts, Cryosanthia. While I may follow the Celestial Mother, it is due to my own desires to help those in need. And know that her, and myself, wish for the best, and wish to see you happy more than mistakes, whether true or perceived."

Mikilos watches Cryo, alert, vaugely aware what's wrong, but unsure why or what to do about it. "All of the future watches, if not directly, then through what we achieve."

Aryia crosses her arms and shoves her hands into her armpits. She had absolutely nothing good to say about the topic. And as brash as she was with her words, she could at least tell that anything she mentioned would tank Cryosanthia's mood further. Though it's clear on her face that she disagrees with all of it.

"Oh, I'm reasonably sure She isn't. I'm not even sure She knows I'm real, She didn't seem to recognize me when She was awake." Cryo says casually, tilting her head as she watches Seldan, eyes drifting up and down his posture. "I meant Ceinara, I traded one indifferent immortal goddess for another, so to speak."

"Her mark went away. My mark came back in it's place. I own myself, if I interpret that correctly."

She drifts around the table to end up behind Little Fang, "It's how I've dealt with the feelings, left over, that I'm being watched, that something's about to happen. I tell myself it's Ceinara, and that it's OK. Not ideal, but it works."

She noses Little Fang, looks across at Mikilos and Seyardu, "Thanks. Your concern is appreciated, and I'm fine. I'll be fine, really. Aryia is upset and I ... have nothing. The world isn't safe. There are safer places, but Giggles and the Shard Hunters are out there, and who knows what next. You just keep on dancing and hope not to die, that's all I've got."

"Very well." Seldan's outward quiet reserve is not quite the impassivity of the alabaster pillar that means that he is troubled or upset, and his tone is calm. "If the concern is safety, perhaps I should take my leave." He bows formally to the group at large, and to Aryia, then turns for the door. "Her light on your path."

"Then that is good. But you are upset as well, and that matters." Seyardu states simply to Cryosanthia. "Not everyone has every answer to everything, and there is much you have been able to do, especially for myself, and for others, no doubt." 

They smile now, their tail swishing behind them. "If you must dance, due it for the joy of it, not for obligation. If the mark is your own, then dance for yourself, and for the others around you." 

"And you as well, Aryia. I know things may be difficult at the moment, but we will get through things, and grow stronger. I will help to make sure that is true."

She offers a wave, and smile to Seldan before he leaves. "Peace on your nest, and may the Celestial Mother watch over you."

Aryia shakes her head a bit curtly. "I'm not upset, I have nothing to say that would be nice to add. God talk." Seyardu had already been down this topic before with her in the temples. Though the shadow elf did seem to abate that Cryo had cast them aside somewhat. <Handspeech> 
 
"I'm just tired of being a little bitch to them, okay?" Aryia gestures towards Seyardu. "I feel like I'm going to get stabbed in the side again at every given moment, and I haven't felt like that since I left Charn." She simply waves goodbye to Seldan, unwinding a touch as they aren't all together anymore. <Handspeech> 

Mikilos sighs, but smiles. "I've forgotten more than most will ever know. I've answers to questions few understand how to ask. And for it all I'm just starting to glimpse how very much I've yet to understand. Which in some ways is a comfort. No matter how bad your villians might seem, really they're just blind fools stumbling in the dark."

"Aryia." Seyardu says simply, shaking her head. "Do you think I have not been? I have been staying in a temple filled with paladins in order to get a good nights sleep. But others, Aya as well, have been pushing me to move forward in spite of that. They wish for us to stay in fear, and you should be wary, but do what you can to go past it." 

"I am saying that in spite of my fear, I still wish to help others, and that is not some god speaking, as you do not view them highly. This is myself."

The unhappy little lizardling that lives inside Cryosanthia is comforted by Mikilos' admission and goes back to sleep. She, they, have heard similar things from him before, and Zeke, a lot of people. She's good at forgetting, just not the right things.

Cryo watches and waves as Seldan departs, and says, "I've stopped giving Ceinara's blessing, it interrupts the leaving and I have to explain why she wants them to break a leg."

She pauses, waiting three beats, "... because it's funny."

"Anyhow yes, this one dances because I enjoy it, and making music, and all the other things."

She frowns slightly, looking outside once more, "bigger troubles follow him."

There's a halfassed knock against the doorsill before the aperture opens to allow a black clad figure to step on inside.

A spikedshod hand lifts as Brae calls a, "'ey, luvs. How's it goin'?"

Now inside, her raiment becomes a one shouldered leather affair with a pleated kilt beneath her armour. She scans the room, trying to guage emotions, then, "What's up?"
 
"No shit I know it's you talking, Seyardu. I'm not that smart but I'm not a dumbass. Now I have to stand here and explain I didn't want to mention anything while you all were talking about gods and stuff because I didn't want to piss anyone off. So can we fucking drop it and quit subtly ribbing me? My stance on the matter doesn't simplify my observations, for fuck's sake," she huffs, now /actually/ upset. <Handspeech> 
 
Aaand Braelnoir just caught the tail end of that. 
 
Aryia didn't see how it was funny, her just staring out the window as Seldan leaves. 

Mikilos grins, waving to Braelnoir. "Checking Seyradu's new armor, making sure it all fits right, eleswise hanging out and talking. What are you up to?"

Seyardu sighs, and takes a step back from the group, crossing her arms and closing her eyes. "It seems my words are not getting across, or were flawed from the start. I am sorry, I am trying to be reassuring or helpful, but it seems I am failing at doing so again. I will not offer an attempt to defend what I was saying, just apologize." 

"And at the same time, this one is trying to think of what is missing that should be so obvious for myself."

Lily has left some cookies, and climbs Cryosanthia when Braelnoir arrives, and then leaps from whitescale to merc-aunt, pausing long enough to hiss, "Arrisss mad."

The whitescale nods, guessing that from the vigorous and large signs. Perhaps she wants that figurine after all. "Peasse... Peace on your Nest, Braelnoir. We were... discussing... things. Checking armour. Yes." She curls around the silver-haired merc, giving her a hug and patting her shoulder, making her tangled up with two reptiles now.

"I was going to go back to dancing."

"Bout six foot, less some change?" Brae replies to Mikilos with a wry smirk. She arches an eyebrow at the prolonged string of gestures coming out of Aryia and she wonders, "You got some'gression ya need ta spend, luv?" as her arms fold loosely, full gauntlet on top, because spikes.

Seyardu's contrite rebuttal of same prompts a look her way, then she gives a little shrug, "Back'n the Stride... brothers with heat fucked up unit- whoop!" 

The merc twists as she unfolds her arms to catch her parabolic niece, "Sure seems it."

There's a couple kisses, and maybe a little raspberry blown against ticklish scales before she hugs the pinkscale and picks up where she left off, "-cohesion. We'd get us a bunch'a folk make a circle, let them go at each other fist ta fist, try an let th'steam out the kettle. They got at it a while, till they had enough'n hug it out. Brothers again, savvy? Even me an' Cryo have at it now an'en."

She smiles down at the little one, then looks to Cryo in time to shift the kobold and enfold the sith into a threefold hug. The tail made this so much easier...

Ok, she misses the arms, too...

"Dancin'? Seems harmless enough, decent way ta relax, burn off some energy. Should be good for ya!"

"Don't press something when I said I don't want to talk about it, like right now." Again, Aryia does a combined gesture. It looks like the sign for 'conversation', but the 'topic' is plucked out of it and 'thrown' away. <Handspeech> 
 
Anyways. 
 
Aryia pats her face a few times to recenter herself and raises a hand towards Braelnoir, glad to have a distraction from what was going on. "Did something like that back in Charn for the pit fighters that got too cocky. Worked sometimes. <Handspeech>

Mikilos chuckles. "We were nerds, tended to mental games. Quote facts at each other, recite lists, factor equations. If things got physical it tended to be brief and kinda pathetic."

Seyardu doesn't see what Aryia is continuing to sign due to her eyes being closed. Probably for the best. 

"Peace, Braelnoir." She greets. "This one, I do not have any anger towards Aryia. Though if fighting me would help work through the anger I have caused, then she is welcome to do so."

Lily clambers around and further on top of Braelnoir's head, while Cryo slips out of the hug. The edges of her mouth curl up, and she bobs her head, "Yes, the fighting works, the dancing works just as well. You and Aryia should try, it'll be interesting."

She carefully disentangles the pinkscale, moving her to her own shoulders, "I should get back to working on my acrobatics. You should see what I can do with my boots now."

She moves towards the ballroom, "Peace on your nests, Seyardu, Mikilos, Aryia, this one will not be far."

"Ever gotta need, luv..." Brae offers with a shrug, then snorts a quick chuckle at Mikilos's addendum, "I can imagine the epic flailin', now!" she winks.

Seyardu's return sobers her just a smidge, but doesn't make her seem dour in the least, "Time I's newly changed, Cryo an' I had us a little throwdown. We wa'nt mad at each other, but... well, there's things we each had ta let out. Done us some good."

As Lily starts to scrabble up around and up her body, the Korite sputters a few inarticulate syllables, a hand snatching up almost in reflex to protect the adorment of her ear whilst the little kobold's claws leave almost illusory glittering scratches along her exposed skin from the odd mishap.

She gives Cryo a concerned look, the note of it in her hybridized pheremones, but she nods, "A'ight, luv, have fun, an don't ferget ta stretch first!" she calls after.

The whitescale leaves, and with her goes most of her rather complicate scents. She has a bouncing step, though it's not as casual as it can be. Lily looks back, waving a small claw-hand, while Cryo gives a much wilder one, and then vanishes into the ballroom with a tailwave.

Mikilos smiles, then frowns mildly. "Of course as we got older, were times people would start slinging spells. That sort of fight got shut down FAST. Are safe ways to have spell duels, but an angry spat is far too easy to turn deadly."
 
Aryia pats Cryosanthia on the shoulder as she passes by, herself stepping towards the front door. She snerks. "I'd probably break Seyardu's leg if we were to vent our frustrations, if we had any. She's not mad at me, and I was only a little pissed earlier, but I'm fine now." <Handspeech>

"Peace, Cryosanthia." Seyardu replies, opening her eyes to catch the whitescale and Lily leaving, and offer them a wave and catch the signs. "Yes, you would most likely. I am not good at sparring." She notes, sighing again. "I would rather speak through frustrations, but I know others would rather not, and it fails sometimes. So perhaps sparring would work. I do not most likely know many healthy ways for venting emotions."

Mikilos shrugs. "Different people vent in different ways. One person might have several ways to blow off steam. Whatever works at the time."

"It's not everyone's way, an I ain't gnna tell no one how ta be. Yer not Scarabs." Brae replies, then she reaches up with the previously warding hand and gently, awkwardly, one arm hugs her pink crown, "I been fightin' since I's Lily's size, it's in down in m'bones, now. It ain't m'only answer ta things, but... it's what I'm best at."

She nods to Aryia, then and she gives a little smile, "If y'say so, that's th'end of it. Ever need ta scrap, jus'lemme know."

In deference to the little ears that might be sensitive and still lurking nearby, she doesn't mention other avenues of relaxation that have provided success.

'Vent' and 'blow off steam' should not be terms used by a pre-industrial wizard, but with a world that has engineering and artifice, the concept of a steam boiler or even a teapot, isn't unheard of.

Especially among the Sith'makar.

Aryia opens the front door, a foot keeping it ajar. "Who knows, maybe we need to beat the shit out of each other?" the shadow elf shrugs. But she does put a finger to her chin and slowly points at Braelnoir. "I... might take you up on that, actually. I'm going to go resume my walk, see you all later. Peace on your nest." <Handspeech> 

With that, Aryia gives one final wave, and slips out. 

"Peace on your nest, Aryia." <Handspeech> Seyardu signs back, before she waves as Aryia leaves. "And I do not know any, so perhaps sparring is worth a try. I just do not know what directing violence in such a way accomplishes, but there is probably more to is." 

"Certainly seems like I'm not doing well enough just speaking, I need to figure out what it is to say."

Mikilos considers, and shrugs. "I feel I shouldn't be sober for this sort of ponderings, but your body doesn't understand words. Your head does, but not your body. Fighting it out, your body gets that, and so does your brain, so you have both parts understanding the resolution of the issue."

Braelnoir waves after as Aryia opts to make her way out, her expression considered for a moment or two, but gives a nod on the woman's thoughts on her idea, "K, luv. Have a good one!" she calls after with a wave.

She turns back to Seyardu and Mikilos, "Disciples of th'Brother're like ta tell ya about healthy competition'r the like. I ain't got the booky knowhow o'why it works, just seems to, sometimes. Like, it reaches deeper parts o'yer soul, like... when ya's a young'n an scrapped with yer hatchmates only... yer bigger, right?"

"I am not sure how alccohol is supposed to help your thinking, unless you are saying that it is not something you wish to be thinking about, in which case I apologize." She responds with another sigh. Seyardu seems to ponder the thought for a moment, and she looks confused as she does. "I have yet to find kin who are shorter than myself. I, don't remember if I ever wrestled with others, This one, I did not have any nest or hatchmates." They continue slowly, thinking every comment through for a long time."

Mikilos mmmms. "Not really sure what that's like. Had my brother and sister, and were always cousins around growing up. Always other kids around, if not strictly my own age."

Oh.

Way to dance on that caltrop, Brae....

"Sorry, luv. I ain't... full up on Sith culture. Figgered there's a passle o'little ones about from how others talked."

She shrugs, "I ain't got no blood relations I know of'neither. Left on a doorstep is th'story."

As to alchohol, "In th'right mood, a bit o'booze loosens them tethers in yer head what make ya rigid. Jokes'r funnier, chattin' folk up is easier ta get started." She tilts her head a little an arches an eyebrow, "Gettin' sloppy drunk's best saved fer th'right occasion, an' some folk get down in the dumps when they drink."

"This one, I am not sure. It's strange, most likely." Seyardu admits, growing sadder, and more confused. "But life is dangerous there, and not many survive a year. Most likely unfortunate events, for some reason or another." 

"Apologies, I have just been struggling of late, realizing so much is missing, but hurting from what has been remembered. I, this one does have blood relatives, but, yes, they have been gone for a long time, and may not be around anymore." 

"So the drink makes people funnier? But afterwards, they will not be, and talking returns to its difficulties. That seems difficult."

Mikilos shrugs. "Drink alters the mind. As can sugar, tea, a warm or cold bath. All have there time and place."

Braelnoir nods, "Yeah, it's as much whatcher doin as what yer mood is." she concedes to Mikilos, then looks to Seyardu, "Folk'll most always be complicated, somehow." She doesn't feel like flogging the childhood horse(swiftclaw?) any longer, and leaves it lie. To the rest, though, she muses, "Everyone's got some kinda baggage, Seya. Yer folk, ones ya choose, can help shore ya up, though they can't carry it for ya, but sometimes ya gotta set it down fer a spell so ya can get yer strength back ta haul it proper again." As Mikilos chimes in about the drinking, the Korite nods and, "Might b easier ta show'n explain." Shrug.

"This one, did not realize they had so much to carry. Yet it seems I can not help but talk about things, it seems." Seyardu admits, but she looks down to the ground. "I do not have many to help, Aryia is herself, and it seems I cannot speak to her without making her angry regularly. And Cryosanthia, she has things to deal with herself usually. This one has been too worried to bring threats back to Mictlan, as well." 

"Then please, perhaps showing would be best. I could use feeling a bit happier myself of late."

"There's folk that got anger in'm." Brae replies, "Seen it a lot'n the Stride." her words gentle. She adjusts a strap of her breastplate slightly, then continues, "Sometimes there ain't no talkin -to-'em, luv. Sometimes it does just ta be there when they up an' decide to come up front about what's pain'in them."

The Korite considers the Sith for a moment, the angle of her head, the sway of her tail, and perhaps paradoxicly for an avowed follower of a god affectionately known in some circles as The Bloodletter, she opens her arms with a soft, "C'mere..."

Seyardu nods to Braelnoir, but she hesitates at the offer, thinking back to not long ago with Cryosanthia. But she sighs, and walks over to accept the hug gently. Braelnoir could tell the sadness that was present in some form. 

"No, it is not just her, it was my own actions which anger." She says simply in the hug. "I need to realize how not to."

Braelnoir hugs the silverscale and rubs her back with a firmness, something to carry through the protective scales, something she learned with Cryosanthia. She smiles a bit and gives her a pat-pat on her words and she replies, "Walked in at th'end of her rant, but... seemed somethin' oughta've been let go."

She sighs, "Had some sworn sisters that'd come outta there shells if ya gave'm a good prod, now an then. Others'd break yer jaw."

She turns her head away for a time, then, "I ain't got a lotta experience... comfortin' folk. Not folks that weren't Stride'r I'd probably have better advice for ya..."

"This one is not used to this, either." She admits, holding the hug gently, but appreciating the firmness. "This one should have left it be, but still, I do not know how she thought I was insulting her. This one hoped, that they would know I did not insult them. Should speak to her later. But she may not wish for me to bring it back up." 

"This is the first time, in, Is it the first time?" She continues, with the coming back. "No, it is not. But it has been many, many years since someone has offered a hug. Thank you, Braelnoir."

Braelnoir shrugs a little bit against the Sith and nods, "She could just be wound too tight just now. May do ta let't be unless she brings it up. Said she's fron Charn. I ain't heard good outta that place, and it looks like she's been worked over pretty hard't some point, an' thems just the scars we can see." She loosens up a little bit, drawing back to try and look Seyardu in the face, "She says she was a li'l mad, but she was better when she was headin' out."

She smiles a little at the thanks, then, "Yer welcome, luv. Feelin' any better?"

"I know, bad things from that place, there is so much. Cryosanthia was there, Aryia was there." The silver sith-makar replies, facing Braelnoir, and offering a smile. She could tell it was forced, that the sadness was still there. "Somewhat better. This one just, worries. It is a struggle to react to Cryosanthia, to Aryia, as much as it is a wish to help. And that makes the question, if my brother is alright, being taken there, could this one deal with them? Or would they be just as hurt, with myself being with no clue how to help?"

Braelnoir nods, a thoughtful look in her eyes as she meets Seyardu's smile, though whether she fully grasps it's message...?

"It can be a lot.. an' if Charn is half the hole Bludgun was...." She shakes her head, then, "Ya got a brother been taken out that way, then?"

The sith-makar sighs, and just hugs Braelnoir again for a minute. 

"This is what has been bothering me of late. It is unsure what happened, but my brother, this one could not remember, for years. This one still cannot remember everything, like pieces are missing. But they, they were taken, yes. By raiders to be enslaved, or used for experiments, or, this one just hopes they managed to escape, or they are alright in some form." They speak again."

Braelnoir meets the renewed hug with most of the former firmness, this time leaning her head against the other, "There's a lotta chaos out that way, gonna make findin' out fer sure awful tricky."

A sigh, then, "Mebbe a way... got some folk in good with the Gods, maybe able ta find out where he's at."

"This one knows, there's a lot going on, and they are one person while it feels like so much is going on, it is almost selfish to seek them out, yet, this one owes them their life. If it is possible to repay that, this one would do anything possible." She says, nodding her head lightly. "But, this one is afraid what may be found. If they live, what they may be through, or," 

Seyardu sighs and closes her eyes, hugging Braelnoir tighter.

"Or." Brae says softly with a nod, a certain knowing steadiness in her tone.

A statement, not a question.

The silvermane tightens her embrace of the silverscale and lets out a slow breath, "Know what it's like ta owe folk that big, luv..." she begins, "I been where y'are, now. I'm still findin' my way, an' my way ain't necessarily gonna be yers. Just remember... yer gonna hafta swallow however big a bite ya end up takin' out of 'anything possible', so b'true ta yerself."

"It is, yes. Cryosanthia knows." Seyardu replies once Braelnoir finishes. "If, they were not as clumsy as myself, they could see normally. They could have run themself, left me behind. It hurts more to know they went to such a place for that kindness. This one hopes that you will find your way, Braelnoir, but it is accepted, for myself, that I will do what is needed. This one, just hopes they are strong enough to do something about it." 

Finally she let go of the hug, and she sighs, shaking her head. "And this one can not stop talking about it. It feels like the only thing on my mind, despite still wanting to help others."

Braelnoir releases the hug as she fels Seyardu's slacken, and she eases back to a more casual face-to-face, "It's on yer mind."

Her arms fold loosely once more, weight shifting to one hip and she regards the sith with a steady focus, "But ya know what? Ya ain't so deep in yer own head about it that ya ain't tryin' ta help the folks around you."

There's a look to the windows for a moment, then back, "Ever start workin out a problem, then... ya hafta just back off an' do somethin' else..... then the solution just comes to ya?"

"It is on my mind, despite how little I can remember. It is like my mind fighting to bring it there, to push my memory back into place. But yes, despite everything, it cannot be forgotten that others need assistance. There are others that owe, and my own beliefs." Seyardu sighs. She follows the gaze to the window as well, and when Braelnoir looks back, she nods, and smiles. 

"It has been at times. As was mentioned,this one, did not have memories of my youth, until coming here. Is there something on your mind? It is hoped, that you have reached a solution for yourself."

"Eh, I always got somethin' goin', anymore!" Brae laughs, then brushes her hair back over her left ear, then, her arms rejoin their fold.

She considers the Sith's words, then, "There's a few things I'm workin' on, though. One's this bard, Lars. He's a bastard, likes usin' charm magic on ladyfolk. A bard, mebbe travellin' with a hobgoblin woman named Firestarter, likes spiked Gauntlets. He's been stringin' her along." She frowns, "Ya run into'm, watch y'self... he's a slick fucker, too, slip them charms inta singin' or when ya ain't watching him. 'starter knows the handsigns, but I don't think he does."

She sighs and looks out the window again, "Star helped save me once when I's... vulnerable. Tell ya about that, someday, but... I been tryin fer months ta free her from him an... he's ended up gettin' me too... every damned time."

"There's always something going on, here." Seyardu nods, continuing to listen to what was being said. "Forcing to help through charms, it is no better than slavery. If I see them, I willl let you know, if you will share what to look out for. This one, yes, you know this one has debts to repay, and understand the importance. This one will, listen if you tell me another time. Perhaps, the important thing is to take someone with you that can be trusted, who would be able to aid you should the charms fail?" They suggest, looking to the window. 

"This one will listen as long as you need, though I should probably return to the temple of Daeus soon. The sunguard who has been training me, they do not like lateness. And though this one does not mind cleaning the temple, it is best when not due to the dissapointment of others."

Braelnoir's lips draw back in a sort of nostalgic smirk, "Yeah... th'Loot got hot when we's late, too..." Then, she explains, "Lieutenant." a shrug, "Leftennant. Whatever." She turns, reaching out to bump her hald exposed hand against the sith's arm, "You should get goin, luv. Won't do ta get punished fer nothin'."

She gives a brief description of Lars, as well as Firestarter, then, "Watch yaself an' have a good one, Seya!"

"Should be going, yes." The sith-makar nods as she stretches and looks out the window. But she turns around, giving Braelnoir another hug ffor a moment, chuckling softly. 

"Not for nothing, no. Listening to someone in need, and I suppose, sharing my own worries to one who will listen, is not nothing. This one is trying to value themself more, in spite of plans for the future. But peace on your nest, Braelnoir, and you have a good day as well. May the Celestial Mother watch over you." 

And with that, she turns, adjusting her armor, running a hand over the front of the breastplate where the symbol seemed to be on the underside. She would have to figure out why it was there another time.
