The common room of the Fernwood Pub dominates the inn, spacious and airy because of the high, vaulted ceiling. Ornately carved beams of dark, polished wood form a lattice overhead, supporting the arched roof two storeys above the floor. To the right of the double-door entry is a spiral staircase, winding upwards to a balcony that rings and overlooks the main area. Large windows at this level grant an excellent view of the river to the west and colorful market stalls to the north and east. An air of coziness is salvaged by keeping the pub dimly lit; parchment-shrouded mana lanterns hang at intervals from the base of the balcony, nestled amongst lush, magically propagated ivy and ferns that grow over this false demi-ceiling and the struts that support it.

The bar is sleek and simple, comprised of meticulously polished black lacquer. Tables are set under the darker niches formed by the balcony floor as well as on the balcony itself. A few are deliberately sized to accommodate halflings and gnomes, but the majority are meant for human-sized individuals. A large common table is on the main floor, set before a semi-circular stage situated against the western wall. Beside it, with pipes mounted upon the wall and running up past the balcony and almost to the ceiling, is a refurbished pipe organ made to look like the one lost when the Fernwood was destroyed during the Merkabah Siege.

Ezil looks to stare at Caim a bit openly, blinking once. "You need a little work on the smooth talk." sighing with a laugh, and sitting back in his seat. The small-beer soon arrives as he pays for it, and looks back to Amythyst with a shrug. "He also likes to make it sound like I'm dating and marrying a Sith-Makar." noting with a small smirk once again. "It's a pleasure, Amythyst. Tell me, what kind of work with ships?"

"I better be invited to the wedding." Caim says to ezil and he looks to Amethyst. "So more useful to ships, as in airships? or regular ships?" He asks curiously as he looks to Iskandar and nods to the man. He then turns his attention back to Ezil. "No see, you dont know how to talk to women unless they save your life a few times. Women like men who make them laugh." He explains.

"Belonged to a fisherman family back in the Golden Coast. I kinda know my way around the sea. And....most seafaring folk are superstitious about the sea cuz they can't swim. I can.....extremely well." She then looks to Caim. "Some do, and it's enough to get you in their good graces but.....to get women with higher standards....you need to get to know them first."

The kitchen door swings, bumped open by a tail as a sith-makar reverses through with a tray of food, spins and heads to tables to drop off said food. She has white scales, white armour, white gloves and a 'Fernwood Pub' apron on. She waves briefly at Ezil as she checks on patrons. Gold ring.

Iskandar focuses his attention on the group as he picks up snippets of their conversation over the other sounds in the Fernwood. "It's only superstition if it's not true!" he grins. "Otherwise it's 'caution'. And I've never known a more cautious people, than those who make their livings on the seas." He hesitates and then drops his voice slightly to a more subdued tone. "Ah, pardon me. Couldn't help but overhear."

Ezil laughs as he waves to Cryosanthia, smirking again as he turns to Caim and flashes his hand, having a gold ring of almost the exact same make as the Sith-Makar. "I'll let you know." giving a wink to the man, and focusing elsewhere after. "Never was a man for ships, but..." as he hears Iskandar talking, raising that same hand. "Hallo, Iskandar! Don't just shrink and turn. Come over if you want to talk!" he offers. "We'll make room."

"My teacher rigged his armor to be a diving suit. It couldnt breathe underwater but it could recycle the air. He felt that the oceans held a great mystery. So he goes diving when he can." Caim says as he looks to Iskandar and shrugs. "More the merrier in my opinion. Means more minds to pick ideas from." He says with a smile. He then waves to Cryosanthia. "There is your fiancee." He says with a smirk to ezil.

Amythyst chuckles. "Yes...but you need a suit to be underwater. I don't." She then smiles. "And....I can outswim a ship." Standing 5'2" the woman has long black hair that flows to her shoulders. She has large, deep blue eyes sitting over high cheekbones. She has an angular face with full, red lips underneath a small pert nose. She usually seems like she's smiling.

She has dark colored skin and usually wears minimal clothing. Usually a short shirt and a pair of shorts, with a pair of long boots.

"Anything you'd like? Food, drink?" The white-scale sith asks Iskandar, holding her tray at her side. Some of the conversation draws her attention and she looks at Ezil, then Amythyst, but says nothing.

Iskandar's grin returns, broader than before as he joins the table. At the mention of 'fiance' he turns his head to look in the direction of the Sith just as she approaches. He blinks and then shakes his head, hefting the jug of wine he brought over with him. Then a thought occurs and he turns back to the group at the table, holding out the jug. "Would anyone like to try? The wine here is...unique."

Caim finishes his meal and drink and he smiles. "Well I best head out. Best of luck with Cryosanthia, Ezil. " He says as he pays for the meal and drink and leaves a tip for cryosanthia. He then moves his stationary armor and it opens and lets him into it. The face plate opens and reveals the man in the can. He then waves and begins to head out.

"Thanks!" Cryosanthia calls after Caim, giving him a wave as he exits. She slips the tip into her apron. She addresses the table, "Peace on your nests. I'll get you some wine-glasses."

Then she's off to the bar.

Ezil raises a hand to the offer from Iskandar, showing his small-beer and smiling. "This is enough for me. Thank you." glancing after Cryosanthia with an amused glance, and then watching Caim as he heads towards the door. "I do many things, but heavy drinking... is not one of them." offering an explanation with a subtle shrug. "I appreciate your offer." noting the Giantborn's hospitality.

"The White-One, Cryosanthia. She and I are like partners in crime. We work together often, and we seem to prefer it that way. Many adventures have gone wrong when we didn't have each other there." He notes to Amythyst.

"No thank you. I don't drink all that much." Amythyst says before smiling to Cryosanthia. "SO why does Caim keep saying you two are an item, if you're not? Or is he just trying to just see if you and a sith-makar will work?" She then shrugs....

Cryosanthia returns with two glasses, a big one for Iskandar and a regular one for herself. She gives a nod to Ezil, adding to his explanation. "He understands my fighting style, which is charge the first thing I see."

The sith tilts her head as she answers Amythyst, "I'm not sure. He wasn't around when I gave Ezil the ring and this is the first time I've seen him since. There does seem to be some unusual speculation that we have a romantic life. This one wonders if the Crimson Pen has secretly recruited them."

Iskandar shrugs easily, and refills his own goblet. "Are the rings magical?" he guesses. "To shield each other from harm or some such?" He looks around for Cryosanthia, then turning back to Ezil he peers at his ring. "Did you have them made? Or you came across them during one of your adventures...?"

Ezil laughs at Iskandar. "Something of the sort. To shield our minds from demons." answering with a warmth as he sips his drink. "She and I are close, and there is love. It's just not the kind that Caim wants others to believe. He likes to make it sound.... sexual." pointing to Amythyst with a gesture of his thumb. "He knew her all of a moment and was flirting with her. It's just who Caim is." letting that rest with a glance to Amythyst. "It didn't help that Cryosanthia made a show of the rings to tease some others, but let them think what they will." shrugging. "It bothers me not."

"And the fact that I told him I was taken fell on deaf ears, so that tells me a few things about him." Amythyst says with a shrug. "Short of it is...I can outswim ships at full sail...for a time, and I've sunk ships as well. Someone in my distant past must've been with some merfolk or something, cuz I can breathe underwater as well. Matter of fact.....I live in the river."

The white-scale sith nods to Iskandar, her tail slowly swaying from side to side behind her. "The rings are on loan to us until we've resolved our issue. As a point of warning, Demons can read your mind. If you know their name and think or say it, it may draw their attention if you're powerful enough. Or annoying enough. We're more on the annoying end, like little bitey bugs, but we drew one's attention and the rings will keep us safer."

She looks at Amythyst with a wide eyed expression, "I apologize, I've not introduced myself. I'm Cryosanthia, Speaker of the Sith-Makar. Cryo is fine too. This one wonders, are you... a mermaid?"

Iskandar raises his eyebrows at Ezil's words. "Shield your minds...from demons?" he repeats incredulously. Talk of Caim's womanizing or Amythyst's affinity for the water doesn't seem to draw a response. He does turn to listen as Cryo elaborates on the rings and their purpose. He tilts his head slightly. "I didn't realize they relied on such tricks," he admits. "The few that I've faced had spells and strength greater than most mortals - and were viciously proficient in the fighting arts. But I don't recall such powers over the mind..."

Ezil nods to Cryosanthia's warning, but as Amythyst keeps talking, it quickly draws his attention. "That's.... some powerful swimming. I've not been on many boats, and tend to walk most places." though he seems interested to hear the answers to Cryo's question. "Bitey bugs? I thought I might at least be a small dog. Maybe a lizard. I want it to hurt." speaking of it.

"We faced one of great power. A large sword, and dropping fireballs form the sky. He had said others of his kind had read the priests mind, and lured us into the trap for it. We had confirmation they could.... indeed do so. So now we need protection, because we know of some of their plots." Ezil's answer to Iskandar a bit low in tone. "They're all over the city, Friend. Keep your eyes open."

"No...I'm not a mermaid." Amythyst says. "But I think my family has had a bit of interbreeding or something with one in the past. I can use spells, but I can swim rather well, and breathe underwater....so....yeah." She then tilts her head. "Demons can read minds, hmm? Well...some can, I guess. Most of what I do is against normal enemies."

"The ones we encountered couldn't influence us, in our minds, but they could read plans, as Ezil said. All it was likely to read from me was 'I hate you so much, stabby!' at the time, but I wouldn't want it eavesdropping while I sleep once it knew about me. Okay, a yappy dog, and a small wall lizard." Cryosanthia winks.

The white sith nods as Amythyst explains her heritage. She touches herself, "Mine is White Dragon. I find I do enjoy cold water swims, and can hold my breath for some time."

Claws can be heard scrabbling on wood as a large-ish critter comes wandering down the stairs. It kind of resembles a dragon, buuut not covered in scales. Yeah she has scutes, but she's covered in ffeathery like fur, a bright red mane and has feathered wings to boot, At the end of her long taills a tuft of feathers and fur as well...

Kae peeks over the edge of the stairs and tilts her head, before wandering on down... She's humming to her self as she makes her way down, then she notices Ezil at the bottom of the stairs, not quite off them, she tries to pause long enough to wave a hand at Ezil, her other front limb slipping and she slides the rest of the way down on her belly where she lays sprawled.... "Ookay, sooo momenttary distractions on stairs when you're really a glorified quadroped doesn't work." She mutters to her self...

Krom makes his way in from the front door, making sure to close it behind himself before heading towards the bar proper, nodding politely, if somewhat absentmindedly, to people along the way. The sight of the feathery-dragon-thing upon the stairs gets a look and a shrug. Southlands are a strange place.

Iskandar nods in understanding to Ezil's warning. After a few others speak and he turns his head briefly to watch Kae's antics he adds, "I keep hearing that the city is infested with fiends and there are occasionally attacks in the streets...but I must be missing them." He says it wistfully, voice tinged with what might be...regret?

"Well, hopefully it won't spill over, but I am sure you will see some of it in time, Iskandar." Ezil notes, looking up to greet Kaelyn as she comes down the stairs. "Hello, Feathered-One." musing over it as she makes her entrance. "We're just talking about this, and that." a glance then back at Iskandar. "Itching to fight? I know some who do, but I tend to wish for... peace, more than not."

"Wall lizards are fierce if you're a bug." Ezil points out to Cryosanthia at her wink, casting her a warm glance, and smirking. "Why is it everyone seems to like the cold? I tolerate it well, but it's miserable."

Kae huffs, a bit of smoke leaving her nostrils as she starts to get her self upright, well back to fours... Then a shrug and she's walking on her back legs, kind of moving llike a theropod as she idly rubs at an area above her hip... Really the only thing that separates her from any other feral is the simple fact is her shoulders are a liiiitle off, and her chest isn't barreled as much, aaand well she's wearing a harness with gadgets and pouches hanging from it...

Kae beams and waves a hand at Cryo cheerfully, before asking "Heey, does chef have any of that curry I like to order ready? Or can he make me some quick?" She asks curiously. "Any meat will do.. if not I guess roast or stew or something like that?" She asks curiously, ears flicking forward..

Kae then pauses and looks to the new person, smiling toothily and offering a wave to Krom, before she looks to Ezil "Feathered-One Now?" She says and shrugs "Works for me I guess, I'm feathery... It's better than Floofy, or fluffeh one..." She says and grins widely, before looking at the fire place..

"Ooooh, yup, going over there." She mutters and starts walking to said fire place, looking for a table she can pull up to sit at. She won't take a stool or a bench though, no need for that.

"Sadly....peace is something that you must be willing to fight for. It sounds stupid, but.....that's how it is." Amythyst says before she finishes her Hornet. "And...sadly...I must head back home. I am Amythyst, Cryo. I shall see you all soon."

"They can disguise themselves as humans." Cryo warns. She rises up, seeing Kaelyn arrive and Krom enter, "Server stuff, let me check with them."

She slips through the tables, telling Krom, "Hello, Welcome to Fernwood, seat yourself anywhere and let me know what you'd like. Sure Kaelyn, I'll see what he has left, he made some up earlier"

"Well I'm not great with heat Ezil, so it balances out."

She faces Amythyst and gives her a small bow, "Peace be upon your nest, this one would enjoy that. Perhaps we could try swimming together."

Krom glances to Iskandar and shrugs. "Krom has seen demons in the city, but would not say are an infestation, merely a possibility." Accepting a mug of hard cider as it arrives, he nods to Ezil. "Cold -is- miserable. Krom is glad these southlands never see it." He -might- have a different view as to what counts as 'cold'.

Amythyst says, "Perhaps, Cryo. Until then...."

Ezil laughs at Krom's words, standing as the table seems to be splitting up a bit. "I will take your word." noting the Mestnorr warrior's advice. "I have someone to check on. If you'd excuse me." nodding to Iskandar, and then waving after Cryosanthia. "Be well, and safe. I'll talk to you soon." his business seeming to take priority, dipping a nod to Amythyst as she too seems to leave.

"Well it's true that I do enjoy a good fight," Iskandar muses after refilling his goblet yet again. "Especially if it's for a good cause, as I'm sure all such contests with fiends must surely be...what I really am looking for, is to triumph over such mighty and cunning enemies. They are a challenge to be overcome. The thing of legends and tales, and a clear calling for anyone who would walk the path of a hero..." he raises his goblet to his lips and drains it. Just how many of those has he had again?

Krom nods to Iskandar. "To be a guardian. To protect those who need it from great harm, while finding glory in battle. A great honor, but a great responcibility as well."

Cryo returns from the kitchen with a large bowl of curry and sets it down near Kaelyn. she pops upwards a little, bouncing in her stance and says, "There you go. I hope you enjoy it."

She lingers, looking to see if there are any orders.

Iskandar nods enthusiasticly at Krom - clearly of a like mind - and raises his goblet in a half-toast. With his senses starting to become fogged by all the wine he's consumed, it takes him a while to become aware of Cryosanthia. "Ah...perhaps I should have something to eat as well," he suddenly realizes. "I'll have stew and some bread and cheese if there is any," he fishes in his pouch for some coins.

Kae grins cheerfully and aquires a large wooden spoon. "Oooh allways do, thankies Cryosanthia." she says cheerfully and in really good draconic... <draconic>

Kae's tail tip thwips back and forth, tapping the floor, then flips the other way doing the same again as she happily gets a spoon full of the curry and carries it to her mouth...

"Oooh Ooh, ummm I guess whatever good drink they have today toooo?" She says and slides Kryo some a few silver and some extra. Krom watches a few moments, sipping his cider, before bluntly asking Kaelyn. "What are you? Krom has not seen a creature quite like you before."

"Sure thing! Stew, Cheese and Bread." Cryo nods to Iskandar. Turning to Kaelyn she says, "We have a nice dark porter that came in this morning. You might enjoy that. I'll bring a mug."

Kae gives a thumbs up, her other hand is full, though the two little grabby fingers on each wing leading edge props up just well 1 of the two, maybe they're like thumbs? She grins and looks to Krom...

"Complicated answer... Buuut I'm a transfigured elf..." She says and shrugs... "As far as current species? umm probably some kind of draconic chimera... Feather dragon maybe? If you prefer for ease? I really don't completely know.." She says and waggles her wings some "Never seen a dragon with fur and feathers before." She adds and gives another really toothy grin...

She then taps her chin, with the spoon, getting some yellow on her whiskers "Buuuut, I was called a quetzokatil at one point, though I looked it up and I don't think whoeever called me that was exactly right..." She adds then blinks as she realizes the tip of her muzzle and the two hanging whiskers there have made an imprint on the back of her spoon..

Blink... blink.. She huffs a long sigh, and starts using her rather long tongue to try and lick her face clean...

Krom frowns thoughfully, and shrugs. "You remind Krom of the wyrms of Mestnorr, in shape and movements, but they do not have feathers."

Iskandar makes a noise at Krom's question, something between a choke and a chuckle. It's probably only due to his long experience in drinking, talking with other adventurers, and talking over drinks with adventurers that he doesn't spew his mouthful of wine. But Kaelynn seems to take the question with good enough grace. "Mestnorr, eh?" he says to Krom after gulping. "I can't say I've ever been there." Or heard of it, his expression seems to imply. "Somewhere in the north?"

Cryosanthia returns with a mug of porter for Kaelyn, and Iskandar's food. She sets both down in order. "There you go, please enjoy."

Kae looks to Krom "Yus i'm very draconic in shape, though I'm pretty sure I'm no where near a true dragon, I just vaguely resemble one." She says and shrugs slowly, wings rising and lowering. "Ooh thankies Cryo! Yer the best!" She says happily... Krom nods to Iskander. "Go north until the world ends. Then you will be in Mestnorr. If you are not, then you have not yet traveled far enough north."

"My pleasure Kae. You should try saying some draconic words, they sound interesting when you do." Cryosanthia suggests.

She nods to Krom's directions, leaning against a table and looking around. "Perhaps I shall. Do you have icebergs and frozen lakes there?"

Iskandar nods thoughtfully. "I've never been farther north than Dragonier," he admits. "I should go. Perhaps by airship, are there any that go in that direction?" He glances around at who is left in the tavern (who is left who is obviously and adventurer, that is). "Or are there other ways to travel, that don't involve weeks - or months - of walking."

Kae ummmmsm "I come from the desert south and west of here, Lived in Vandelheim at first!" She says cheerfully.. Kae looks to Cryo curiously ( SOoo you want me speaking draconic?) She asks curiously, ears perking as she tilts her head to the right. Honestly her mouth and throat make it well nigh perfect for speaking the language....

Krom nods to Cryo. "The Great Valley is warm, fed by hot springs and kept free of deep ice. But the lands all around stay frozen, even in summer." He shakes his haed to Iskandar. "Krom has never seen and airship travel there. It might be possible, but Krom does not know the needs of such navigation. Merchants have always walked, as did Krom when left to come to the Southlands."

Cryosanthia shudders as Kaelyn speaks, "Your pronunciation is interesting. There must be something about the shape of your skull. You worked on an airship, do you know the answer to Iskandar's question? This one has only seen them in the distant sky."

"It sounds very beautiful Krom. Where I am from, it is never cold."

Iskandar chuckles. "I should have known. By foot most likely." He quirks an eyebrow at Kae in case she knows otherwise. "Well in any case, I suppose I'll get around to it...someday." He begins to stir his stew and then takes a few spoonfulls. "Excellent!" he nods at Cryo.

Kae blinks at the shudder... "Soo something wrong with my pronounciation?" She asks curiously and then adds "Well iiiif you think about it, I'm very very draconic in shape... Very close to them and all, so I would imagine my vochal chords, head, sinusses, mouth everything is well suited for making their sounds?" She says and tilts her head to the right, ears perking... "Even down to the hollow resonance great dragons have when they speak".. <draconic>

Kae paues and grins "Thouuuuguh, not as deep or anything, I'm no where near as beek!" She says as she waggles her arms some more.

"Yes, exactly, the resonance." Cryosanthia says, "It's very effective."

A few more patrons, regular Alexandrians and not adventurers, are signalling for her attention. She circulates past the tables, collecting orders and making a couple trips to the bar and the kitchen to resolve them.

Kae ooohs and headtilts the other way then rests her chin on her hands as her elbows rest on the table, it bends her neck in kind of a wierd way but it works.. "Soooo, aaanyhooos... have you met a true dragon?" She asks curiously, grinning toothily... "I've had the fortune of meeting three.... nooo sorry, 4 true dragons now." She says happily... "One was a reaaaalllly big bronze I think!"

Iskandar stirs and turns towards Kae. He looks impressed. "Four?" After a moment he adds, "Bronze dragons are the good ones, aren't they? Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper." He ticks off on his fingers as he names them. "Were the other three all goodly dragons as well?"

The white-scaled sith-makar sighs, setting her tray down. "I've not met a dragon. Well, not a living one... Bronze, are good, and very ordered. They favour coastlines and sometimes meet ships. Those other metal ones are good too. Or so they say."

"It might all be wishful rumour. Tales are hard to find the truth in, at times."

kae ooohs "A Greater Bronze, A couple different golds.. One with a penchant for Feesh... And this sparkly dragon that was very shy and wouldn't accept treats from me... I also think I met a representative of gods or something at the time too.."

Kae rubs her chin and shrugs "hard to tell, I was pretty focused on the dragon."

Iskandar turns his head slowly back towards Cryosanthia as she explains. "And white dragons?" he asks with a mild tone. "Beyond a love of cold water, what other characteristics do white dragons tend to exhibit...?"

Cryosanthia curls in on herself a little. Her tray is held up front of her, across her chest like a shield, and there is a little tap-tap of her nails. Her tail pulls in close against the back of her legs, wrapping around her ankles. "Largely... unflattering ones."

Kae umms "Ok, sooo you has several types of dragons really, well true dragons there's like hundreds of species really, buuut the big true dragons, there are Metallics, we're all kind of familiar with and they are pretty much all rather friendly, some even playful... Then you have gem stone, hued dragons, they can be friendly or not friendly or something in between, then you have chromatics.. They generally tend toward the unfriendly..." Kae rubs at the back of her neck "Note I say trend... Not everything is set in stone... Still one of the more aggressive Chromatics is the white dragon... They tend to be nasty, tempermental, enjoy cruelty, and well yeah, they have a bad rep..." She says and looks to Cryo, then she smiles "And any relation you might have to one, is no real big deal, you are you, adn that's all that matters.." She says cheerfully.

The palescale knows, of course she knows. The sith-makar are very proud of descending from dragons, and have many stories of their nature. As one that so closely resembles a chromatic in scale-colour, she would have researched. The deeper she looked the more disappointment she would have uncovered, underneath each truth a worse one. "That they enjoy swimming, is probably the best thing one could say about them. They are the meanest, stupidest, and weakest, as Kaelyn says. Petty and cruel, they keep trophies of what they kill, and it is usually beasts because they can't defeat other dragons. They hold grudges for a long time, are very small of mind. Kill cruely, torment. They might take years to get a revenge upon someone who wronged them, waiting for an opportunity. Obsessed with themselves, how they should be better, how they aren't."

Iskandar watches Cryo closely. But he breaks the gaze just before it can be considered a proper stare. Luckily Kae is ready with her discourse on the finer points of draconic nature, and it's the most natural thing in the world to look her way instead. After a few moment of silence he turns back to Cryosanthia, smiling kindly. "I didn't mean to stir, ah...unhappy thoughts," he says, seemingly sincere. Then he says in a lighter voice, "And it's no reflection on you, of course! Demon fighter by day," he winks, "And purveyor of food and drink at the finest tavern in Alexandria by night." He gestures broadly at the tavern around them. "Why, if those aren't the past-times of a true hero, I don't know what could be. And I am something of an expert on the matter!"

Kae smiles at the Sith "And the oooonly thing you have in common, is a bit of a blood relation to one distantly. If I remember a little bit right, y'all also have a relationship with a silver too.." She says and tilts her head to the right "You are you, pure and simple, ya shouldn't let that aspect bother you." She says and offers a big toothy smile now.

"Thank you," Cryosanthia says, still tapping her tray, "Why would you think I have some silver? I am vain about my scales and how I look, I know that. It is hard to be proud and I watch myself for it. It is true what you say, but others things are hard to ignore. I fight a good cause, but do so ferociously and more often than not, get hurt more than my companions."

She exhales and shakes her head, "But dragons are different, yes. All dragons, even the good metallic ones view money and treasure differently than we do. To them our use of it is confusing. To understand, perhaps, imagine coin as food at a banquet. To a dragon we are all at a banquet, passing plates of food to each other but never eating it, and we get upset at anyone that takes the food for themselves. To a dragon, once that food is on their plate, it's no one elses, and if no one else is going to eat their food, they might as well have it also. So a good dragon will take treasure, only be more pleasant about it, because the civilized races don't treat it properly. It's not a perfect analogy, because the treasure isn't eaten, but it gives you an idea."

Then she gets a horrified look, "Oh my Scales! Is that why I work in a pub?"

Iskandar's expression turns into a bemused smile. "Eh?" He glances around the interior once more "I don't quite follow..."

Kae blinks at Cryo and laughs "Probly not, you probably just a social person." She says cheerfulyl and umms "Honestly? It pends on the dragons, yeah they alll like collecting things... The Bronze I met had a loooot of books. The Gold I met, the biggun, actually used gold to sleep on or sand because it was soft, and should they exhail their elemental breath, it wn't like burn up.." She says and shrugs "Least that's what they said to me." She adds...

Kae then hmmms "I wonder if meeting another big true dragon might be a good idea at this point, the right one could help direct me in a way to maybe cure this whole transfiguration thingie... " She says and then drums her clawed digits on the table top...

Cryosanthia blinks, rattling off random speculation, "Because I'm unconsciously equally food with treasure and fighting an instinct to horde it by doing the opposite and giving it away and watching people eat it? I've never had all these thoughts together. Maybe..."

"Cryo!" *Snap* *Snap* The bartender clicks his fingers at her, "Cryo, stop with the thinking. Those guys want to be drinking. You've got some trays to move."

"Oh, right, of course. Um, I don't think a dragon will help Kaelyn, you've been saying you need the artificer artifact."

"Cryo, soon please?"

"Right!" She breaks off conversation suddenly to get back to her serving duties.

The evening goes on, until the Pub closes.
